My large group had great service and loved the ambience. It wasn't too loud and the meals were wonderful. The "winner" entree was the Drunken Angus Filet. The sauce with this also comes with the mushrooms so if you don't want the filet then get the mushrooms. Also, the onion dip appetizer is awesome. My concern is that they do... More

We've been to The Bistro twice, once as a couple and once in a large group. Both visits were very disappointing. The Bistro has great potential; excellent location and a great space. Unfortunately, they miss the mark in just about every way possible. The drink menu is good, a few interesting and creative cocktails. The execution is WAY off. Drinks... More

Jason was our waiter and he is a lot of fun. Always takes good care of us and keeps us laughing. He is definitely a people person and loves his customers. We always order the Drunken Angus with the Drunken Angus mushrooms and usually garlic mashed potatoes. You can't go wrong with this combination. Oh, we also order the Vidalia... More

We decided to celebrate a late Valentine's Day on the following Saturday this year. We picked The Bistro based on reviews and suggestions of friends. The restaurant wasn't not busy for a Saturday night, we were 1 of 3 tables seated in our section. We ordered 2 appetizers, the seared tuna and the escargot. The tuna was fine, I've had... More

I think you pay for the ambiance at this restaurant. The food is fair and the portions are small. I don't mind splurging a little bit for a fancy meal, but when you leave hungry, that's not good. Healthier portions for big men!

Service was great. Bar tender/server was fantastic. Food was ok. I was happy with the capreese salad cheese and tomatoes but the balsamic needed more strength. The wine was just not right. Not sure why but it was not there. Server went out of her way to help. I appreciated it. Lamb was good. The texture and taste was good... More

Took our in-laws here for Sunday brunch and wished we hadn't! This place has really gone downhill. There were only two other tables with guests when we arrived, and three waiters. We were seated at a dirty table that had not been cleaned from previous guests that morning, even though there were plenty of other tables available. Took the waiter... More

I tried this place several times and they never ceased to disappoint. Won't ever be going there again. They were good for about 5 min when a chef from NYC moved here and was in the kitchen. Apparently creative difficulties caused him to leave and they went right back to sucking.
