Recently had dinner here on Cinco de Mayo which happened to correspond with college graduation. Definitely a hidden jem in Statesboro. Great food awesome self serve chips and salsa bar! Highly recommend if you're in the area and want authentic Mexican food.
This place is basic, delicious, reliable and fun. The seating is old and sometimes questionable but the food is unfailingly good and very reasonable. Waitresses are friendly and efficient. A truly local family place.
While the decor is very utilitarian/cafe, the food is excellent and the staff are kind, happy, folks. If you care more about the quality of the food and friendly people than the amount spent on interior decorating, this is the Mexican restaurant for you!
