AJ's has great Po' boy sandwiches, and their red beans & rice is excellent. Good gumbo, good appetizers, all with good 'fish-camp' ambiance. Good craft beer selection, including Abita product, in keeping with the theme.

You'd think you're down in the bayou in this tiny Louisiana beach bar - both by the atmosphere and the food. Tucked away in a Kroger shopping center, it is worth searching for! The shrimp Po Boy is wonderful (add the remoulade sauce!), The muffuletta is totallly authentic and amazing. Excellent red beans and rice. Wonderful gator chili. (Yes, the... More

I really had high hopes for AJ's. We had heard good reports on their food. Went on Sunday late afternoon. 1st of all, our server really needed to be more personable,(she wore a cap and ponytail), but we didn't let that effect the review on food. Being from Louisiana, I'm always looking for authentic Creole Cuisine, and I'm willing to... More

Highly recommend! These guys get fresh seafood daily from the Gulf and Louisiana. Consistently delicious. Andy takes great pride in what he brings to Marietta from his Pensacola upbringing. Try it!

AJ's is a small friendly restaurant serving very good Louisiana couisine. The menu is not very large but the basics are covered and the price is very good. If you like cajun food it's highly recommended.

This is a great little neighborhood restaurant with tasty Cajun style seafood, po'boys and other gulf style items. They have a salad with shrimp I like a lot, and I enjoy the oysters on the half shell too. The service is always friendly. It's kind of tucked away in the shopping center beside Kroger, but very worth looking for.
