This LaGrange location is unprofessional and disorganized. Re: online order 477961926 and store order Auth: 076413. The first issue is that I was unable to order a cheese quesadilla on the app or online. So our admin assistant called to order the cheese quesadilla for...12:30pm. I ordered the rest of our food online. The assistant drove 15 minutes to pick up the order and returned to the hospital. Well...the entire online order was wrong and also included the order and receipt of a different customer, Jennifer Pike, who also ordered online. They didn't give us our queso at all. When our assistant called back, the manager was screaming into the phone, said they are short staffed, and we didn’t order queso. Umm. Check the order. We are unable to leave the hospital to drive back 15 minutes to Moe's, use another 15-20 minutes for them to correct the order, and then drive 15 minutes back to the hospital. Tashia has already used up our entire lunch break. I am unable to leave the building during my shifts. When I called back, the manager was unavailable. He left the store. I thought y’all were short-staffed. Anyway they told me they are unable to refund online orders. Umm. We didn't get our food. When I get off work at 0700, Moe's isn't open for me to get a refund. I'm seriously feeling some type of way. I now have to spend more money for delivery so I can eat, and we're gonna have a serious problem. The manager should NOT be in management. They apparently can't fix the order and drive it to us, but they also cannot refund the $35.15 to the card. I also cannot report a problem via the email at the bottom of the order confirmation. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen, and the manager has escalated a small issue into a major issue. It's not acceptable that I have to wait 24-48 hours to speak with the manager's boss or wait 4 hours after my shift ends tomorrow morning to attempt to get a refund. I won't return to this location ever again. If zero was an option, that's how many stars they should have. How difficult is it to follow a list of ingredients? I guess I wouldn't know. I'm only a hungry physician working a 24-hour shift.More
You walk in and there's no "Welcome to Moe's!"? Well, if you're standing right in front of them you can barely hear them say it! Haven't stopped at this location in over a year because the food and service was that bad! This time was...worse than the last. All the beans and the meats were severely over cooked or had been sitting out way too long! While my husband was trying to tell the guy what he wanted on his JC, the guy just walked off and started talking to another employee that came from the back. My husband said sir, sir a couple of times but he never looked back. When he finally walked back to his station, he acted like it made him mad that he had to do something else to the order. The tables were nasty, water on the floor, and they were by no means busy. The staff acted as if they didn't want to be there.More
The guys and gals that work there do a great job serving up awesome food along with good attitudes and great service.
From the moment we walked into the LaGrange, Georgia Moe's, something was off. First, we were not greeted with the usual "Welcome to Moe's" acknowledgement as is customary. (During our dining experience, it was noted that this greeted was offered infrequently and usually by one...but not all staff members). Secondly, service was often interrupted for those in line when the young fellows working the line would turn away from customers and chat with one another. Thus, delaying service to those in line). Thirdly. the place needs a thorough cleaning. Mop the floors. Wipe off and sanitize the tables and booths. Clean up the storage area to the left of the restrooms. Stock the salsa and utensil area regularly. Fourthly, season the food. Everything from the chicken to the beans and veggies in my burrito was bland and lacked flavor. If not, put out some hot sauce or Cholula so customers can drown the food in some flavor. A very disappointing dinibg experience. For the manager/owner....we dined around 5:30 pm on Friday, 11/04/16. You have done work to do.More
Really enjoyed this Moe's. Friendly, efficient staff. Like the way they handled our orders and the way the beverage area was organized. A favorite!
I love being able to add what I want in a salad or taco. I do wish onions were not already mixed into rice and beans. I hate onions. I could eat here more often if there was more without onions.
I think you get a lot for your money. Staff pleasant, and smiling. Would be nice to have more of a fresh selection, kale wrap leaves for example, baby arugula??? Perhaps a larger fresh salsa salad organic bar?
Moe's in LaGrange is always a favorite of mine! We go there so often that they know exactly what we want. One time recently, they were almost out of tofu and we had two people in the family that wanted it. When they saw us...come in, one of the employees immediately went to the back to get more to cook for us and even brought our food out to us. What excellent customer service! The employees are so friendly and the food is great, so we will continue to go there at least once a week!More
I find some of the reviews puzzling. It isn't often we see apathetic and excellent used about the same group of people. Trust me, apathetic is the real review. No one in charge, food sitting too long, unsupervised young people, do I need to say...more? It was dinner time, very few people, no one in line, plenty of employees on site. We ordered our food, slow, sloppy service, followed by a challenging check out process. Unfortunately, in spite of the almost empty restaurant, 8 pm, with a whole bunch of employees on hand, apparently none of them were capable of bussing tables. Cleaning a table so I can sit and eat my meal is not acceptable, even at McDonalds. The place was a mess, just sad really. No wonder they are so poorly rated on Trip Advisor, surviving on the reputation of the chain. We won't be back.More
I was quoted the wrong price when I walked in the door. I got to the cashier and it was a higher price. The manager would not honor the price I was quoted. I left the food on the counter. I know the food was...good but I hate bad customer serviceMore
The food at this Moe's as tasty. The staff were so friendly, especially Christian Neese. It was refreshing to have such a young man take such pride in helping customers.
My first experience with Moe's, in Hampton, VA, was so positive that I started seeking this chain out everywhere. But every restaurant since has been more disappointing than the next. The one in Lagrange was the straw that broke my loyalty in two. It is...the perfect example of how the same menu can taste completely different if prepared by complacent, barely courteous employees. Oh well. Goodbye, Moe's!More
The Moe's in LaGrange is managed by one of the most humble and top-notch managers that I know. They strive to have an excellent place for people to eat - to get through the line quickly, to get friendly service, and to get the best...quality food for the price. A very clean place to eat - great for small and large groups. The tables in the middle can be moved around to accommodate a big group.More
We decided to give Moe’s a try. Looking at the menu we did not see any standard Tex Mex meals so we decided to just try a chicken taco salad. We kept it simple Chicken, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes and salsa. They have several salsa’s...to choose from and non of them fit our idea of a good salsa. The chicken was bland and lacked seasoning and the tortilla shell tasteless. Not sure how you can ruin a taco salad shell but they managed to do it. We prefer the seasonings and flavors of most Mexican cantinas to Moe’s. We son’t be back.More
