We were here late for a business meeting/dinner. The restaurant was recommended for their wings by our meeting guest. We all ordered the buffet. The usual salad offering, fresh vegetables and good choice of dressings. I also tried the thin crust pizzas offered on the...bar. All the ones I tried were lukewarm, not hot. Soda and water available for beverages, bo beer. I would not eat the buffet again, but would order a fresh made pizza or a hot sandwich.More
The pizza and wings (my favorite are the lemon pepper wings) are always good. The salad bar has a great variety and always fresh. Friendly service.
If you want a really good salad bar in Hazlehurst this is the place to go. It's very affordable if you eat it as a meal or with your meal. The breadsticks are simply amazing, you can get them plain or topped with whatever you...want. I am not a big pizza person but I love their personal pizza's. The staff is usually very busy but the make sure you get your food as soon as it is cooked and they are steady checking on your drinks.More
We like the thick pizza best this year, but last year we were on a "thin pizza" kick. Every time we are in town, Village Pizza is at the top of our list. Also, the salad bar rocks, and has tons of items. When calories...aren't a concern, VP can't be beat.More

We were in our way home from a cruise and our GPS brought us through Hazelhurst- we came upon Village Pizza and decided to give that a try! We are so glad we did - it was so yummy! I had the 6" all meat...pizza and my husband had the small stuffed crust village special - it too was so great! The server was super sweet and helpful! If we ever are this way again - we will for sure stop in for a slice!More
We evacuated to Hazlehurst from Brunswick. It was a different pizza place so we thought that we would give them a try. The pizza was delicious. The toppings cover the entire pizza. The dough is homemade. We ate there for the pizza the first and...second night and then went to their buffet the third night. The buffet had chicken wings that were delicious also fried chicken, string beans, salad, dessert and more all at a pizza restaurant. Every thing was great!!!! The staff made us feel like we were family. The owner came out and met us. He said he wanted customers to be treated the way he wanted to be treated and believe it we were!! We will make a special trip back to eat there again!!More
The staff is always nice and the food is great. Amazing salad bar at a good price and the special order bread sticks are so good. Call in orders are easy to pick up at the drive thru window.
We travel through this area about 4 times a year. Stopping here is a must for our family. We always stop in the evening. The salad bar is wonderful and they keep it fresh and fully stocked. It has several homemade salads and amazing dressing...options. We always order pizza fresh and buffet is not available in the evening on the weekend. It was crispy hot and fresh. They have options for subs, wings, and pasta dishes as well! Try it! Yummy!More
I've been stopping at this Village Pizza for decades as I pass through town. They have a awesome fresh salad bar with homemade items. You can tell the brothers that run it have been slinging pizza since the 80's. Their wings are awesome (especially the...honey mustard which I find addictive).More
Great place to eat especially the lunch buffet with salad, pasta and pizza. Reasonably priced at less than $7!
Cheese stix with pickles...amazing. A little dark inside but really nice waitress. Buffet was good..you could request what pizza you wanted.
Just returned home from Baxley, which has 4 pizza restaurants. Village Pizza in Hazlehurst clearly has the best salad bar and pizza that is as good or better than all but one of the others, or We would have driven there from Baxley. VP deserves...a better rating than #8 out of 15 in Hazlehurst too. It's more like #3. We ate salad bar and ordered our pizza. It had too many green olives for our taste but was delivered hot and we were asked the right questions by the wait staff at the right time and the check and a carryout box were timed right as well. We'll go back again when the pizza bug strikes.More
Pizza was cold and was awful. When we complained, the server told the owner and he was rude to us. We visit this area often but will not visit this place again.
It was ok there. Not somewhere I would eat at a lot. Service was not good. Had to find the waitress for a refill.
