Stopped in for lunch. BBQ was bland and sauce was like water with vinegar and pepper mixed in. Stew was decent but I prefer hash. At least the meat wasn't dry but would have been better with a little more flavor.

The ribs, corn fritters and Potato salad are great. We had just finished a football game and are from out of town. We stopped by and the food was delicious. If I am ever back in Gray Ga we will be back. I also found it interesting that Mike Rowe from dirty jobs had been there with the show and... More

Stopped here initially to order fries and use the bathroom after traveling for several hours. It smelled so good we decided to try the pork sandwich. Tender pulled pork smoked just right. The sauce taste like a vinegar base. Coleslaw was a great side. Sweet tea was some of Georgia's best. Quick with our order with friendly staff. Resturant is... More

This restaurant has an interesting dining room reminiscent of 1950s atmosphere. The barbecue is nothing special. The Brunswick stew is not very tasty at all. They have other forms of smoked meats which I have not tried, but barbecue and Brunswick stew are what I go to a barbecue place for. The people are very nice.

This was a lunch stop during our travels through Georgia. Quaint little place with some good barbecue, just the right size portions and a low price. Nice folks that work there. Would stop here again if our travels took us that way.

Old Clinton has the best Bar-B-Q and stew anywhere around. However, the stew is a little warm at times but is still our favorite. The BBQ sauce is amazing. The smoked turkey is also delicious. Been going here for many yrs and will continue as long as they provide great food.

We had seen this restaurant on the show Dirty Jobs and wanted to stop by and try it. Not what I expected for Southern BarBQ. The outside was quaint, but the inside floors were covered in dirt, food and sawdust tracked in from outside. The food wasn't much better. To me BarBQ especially southern BarBQ is seasoned with sauce as... More

The smoked chicken and the ribs were better than the pulled pork, in my opinion. The cole slaw was mediocre. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

The people in here are always very friendly and helpful. The food was hot. If your passing thru don't hesitate to stop for lunch.

made fresh, a local institution. BBQ, Chicken, Brunswick stew. Good prices, down home setting. Try it if in town.
