We visited Fort Mountain State Park for the weekend and the cabin advertised Edna's home cooked meals. So we went. My husband and I love local hole in the wall places and this one was definitely home cooking at its finest! Thank you Edna's!!

If you're driving up or down Highway 411, you simply must stop to enjoy a country meal at Edna's! The chicken and dressing is to-die for and the peanut butter pie makes you wanna slap your momma. Seriously, the fried okra, the sweet tea and them little rolls are yummy as well as the best fried chicken in the state!... More

It's home cooked food and delicious. They change their menu daily but nothing is bad so that's not a issue. Staff is excellent as well.

We love eating at Ednas. David the owner is a great guy, and he has a great staff working with him as well. The food is just like if you were at your grandmothers house.

We live an hour away and make it point to stop by when we're going to GA. Love the fried chicken! Great sweet tea & very friendly staff. Just good ol' southern cooking.

You can't go wrong with the fried chicken and peanut butter pie. The side dishes are average. Call before you go there only open certain days.

This place used to have a very good reputation and I've eaten here several times over the years while visiting relatives. Apparently, when Edna was alive, it was very good. But, I just can't say this now. There is a limited menu depending on what day it is. I could understand this if things were freshly made, but they are... More

When ya go in and set down you look up and you expect to see your grandmother, mom or your aunt step around the corner. We have eaten there several times and have yet to have a bad meal. Don't go in lookin for something fancy cause ya won't find it. What you will find is just good down home... More

Food here was OK but not great. With The Village restaurant just up the road, I don't think I'll be coming back here!
