All rolls are available for Lunch and Dinner and all are made with sushi rice, unless specified.
We make our sushi rice in the traditional method using a large flat-bottomed wooden tub called a Hangiri. The chef mixes the rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and water using a large wooden paddle called a Shamoji. The rice is then covered with a cloth and allowed to cool.
Sorry! We only serve the Chef's Moriawase at the restaurant. Our chef reserves this only for our dine-in guests since it is custom every time, plated in specific ways and artistically decorated . Some specialty items like oysters and sashimi cannot be sent to-go. Thanks for understanding and honoring our chefs request.

We do not offer a menu section of gluten free, but there are options on the menu that you can still eat. Sashimi and the Robata grilled items will be your best options, as well as select hot & cold plates from the Tapas menu. The sushi-rice we use is gluten free and since we prepare everything in-house, our servers and managers can better identify some safe options for you. You can also call the restaurant and talk with a manager before you come in.
