Ethos is a very friendly o Wilton Drive offering good Greek food. There are platters for two or more diners comprised of their various offerings that are quire delicious. A great place for dinner and lunch
I went in a group of 5. We all ordered our own individual dishes. As the night went on, things got out of control, and we just kept ordering more and new dishes. Everything was utterly superb. Truly. We shared virtually everything on the menu....Don't ask me to recommend a dish because none of us could decide our favorite. And the service was MOST excellent. Our server was friendly and joked with us; but not overbearing and went straight to work. And we made her work! Every time she returned to the table we ordered something more. The atmosphere was open and airy, yet sophisticated. I will go there EVERY time I'm in Ft. Lauderdale. Likely several times. Not enough stars to rate Ethos.More
Delicious octopus and Keftah.
Had the prime rib and Bronzino. Both very good. Lovely atmosphere and great vibe. Can’t wait to return! Wilton drive is so charming and full of great options but this Has to be one of the best!
Go Greek. The “drive” in Wilton has been upgraded with some better dining. Ethos has been around for a while, but it has some consistently good food. The pita bread has flavor and texture which you do not always find in Pita. Many of the...orders come with a Greek salad which has fresh feta and the dressing is tasty. My friend ordered the chicken and I had salmon which was grilled but not overly done. The cutie bartenders can serve a smile and a collection of cocktails all (at least the few I tried) went down oh so easy. This is a good place to start your night if you want to be well nourished before hitting the many man bars.More
Sat outside for lunch. Mini moussaka was delicious! I had grilled shrimp wrap - shrimp were cooked perfectly. My husband had the Greek salad with grilled octopus. There was a big slab of feta on top of fresh greens Very good. Service was lovely -...friendly and prompt. A great place to eat.More
We love Ethos, we've been a few times now, I always leave Very Good reviews, and its always great all around... Though I have no choice to call out the extremely unfriendly female bar the night of Friday February 7th. Could easily describe her using...the C*** or B**** word, but I'll keep it more classy than her. She was rude from the moment the three of us sat down at the outside bar. Did not make us feel welcomed what so ever, no eye contact, no thank you, no common curtesy small talk or a smile, quick blunt answers and replies, made faces and rolled her eyes at us when we asked questions about cocktails or specifics on dishes. Rude, Rude, Rude, terrible face for your restaurant and NOT a pleasant person to interact with in a place we go to be ourselves and have fun. At one point one of the waiters told her "please make the martini ice cold" and she replied "just like my soul". So, she clearly knows she's an unpleasant person. Why work in an industry where you're constantly in contact with people? We spent a good amount of money having several rounds of drinks and sharing lots of apps and entrees, there was absolutely no reason for her to be so rude to us. I regret sitting at the bar that night and will definitely never sit at the bar again from fear of us running yet another dinner out.More
Food was delicious and authentic. Service was attentive and professional. The ambiance was tasteful with indoor and outdoor seating. We liked the experience so much we ate there 3 times for dinner and 1 time for lunch in the 5 eeeks we were staying in...Wilton Manors.
The only criticism is while waiting for a table one of the visits, it was impossible to order a drink at the bar.
1 over extended bartender that night.More
