We found this place when our kids were young and we were on a trip to stump pass Beach State Park. It has become a family tradition and is one of the best little places we've ever discovered for fresh donuts.

Yummies is a great donut shop. You will find a large selection of delicious donuts, along with attentive service. The dilemma is in choosing which donuts to try.

I went there for Fat Tuesday. The "polish" donuts were small compared to the authentic ones in Hamtramack (Detroit). They were powdered and did not offer glazed. Not much different than their regular donuts.

Yummies has the best donuts in the area. They are pricey but worth it. Staff is very fast and helpful but a bit aloof and not overly personable for a small-town bakery.

Some of the best doughnuts I have ever had. Fresh from the oven every morning and if I could afford to health wise I would be here every day. I had a weird one a little while ago that while I thought I would hate it was actually quite good, it had candied bacon on it. For a guy who... More

This place is addictive! Best doughnuts for miles around! Fresh, melt in your mouth, delicious. Smells fantastic in there too. Their BBQ chicken is handy to grab for a picnic or afternoon watching sports.

This is the absolute BEST donut/pastry shop ever!! The staff there is so wicked nice! Try their orange glazed stick. Fabulous! All their donuts are great. We were partial to the orange glazed, strawberry orange glazed, double chocolate glazed, and plain glazed.I can not wait to return. Drooling thinking about it!

Yummies have great donuts, scones, and hot coffee. Best donuts and scones I have had in the area. They also have Barbeque.

All the Pastries I have every bought there were Top of the line. This is the only bakery that puts actual Real Apple Fruit in their Apple Fritters. A+. Make a thermos of coffee (tea), pick up Yummies Donuts and drive out to Venice North Jetty. Sit, have coffee and the best pastries and watch the dolphins jumping, pelicans diving... More

We tried a few different donuts. The chocolate peanut butter donut was similar in feel and taste to a really good Krispy Kreme chocolate glazed donut, but with the added perfection of peanut butter cream filling. The other donuts were just fair, but the chocolate peanut butter donut's perfection was worth the drive.
