We came here as a part of the EDGE St. Pete Food Tour. We were very impressed with the flavors as well as the fresh ingredients. There were a variety of ingredients to build your bowl and the sauces really made the difference. There were also a variety of lemonades and teas which you could sample. We wrapped up the visit with a Dole Whip. It was Delicious!! The staff was also very kind and helpful in helping us pick the right combinations if you decided to build your own bowl. We will be back.

We went to this restaurant because of the Hawaiian food as we are planning a trip to Hawaii. I didn't know much about poke bowls but the staff let me sample items and helped me with my order. Very nice and the meal was delicious. On Wednesday they have a lunch special that includes a free Dole whip!

The people are so lovely there, the food is locally sourced when it can and the proteins are selected with care. Be sure to pop into Pacific Counter for lunch if you want to leave full and happy. I had a poke bowl with the spicy tuna, rice, and numerous veggies and it was lovely. You can completely customize your bowl or pick the pre-designed bowls. The recommended sauce was an awesome compliment. Honesty this was the best meal I had while I was in St. Pete for 4 days. As a Disney fan, being able to have a Dole Whip after my meal just brought me so much joy!

In all the ways a place can be good, Pacific Counter nailed it. I came expecting dinner, what I got was an experience. Josh behind the counter read my mind and helped me build what I’m pretty sure was the best bowl ever, spicy tuna, calamari, mango salsa, and more. SO good! It didn’t stop there though, he knew the secret for the best juice mix combo. Finish it off with some dole whip that should make Disney nervous. Come hungry!

Aloha! Is the first thing you here welcoming you in. Very bright and clean you can feel the freshness as you walk in. I built my own although they do have some preset already if you don't like making decisions. All the ingredients are fresh and I was able to try everything I had a question about. Staff was by far the best part. Very knowledgeable and love their energy. 10/10 will be back.

SO GOOD. Start with super fresh ingredients—I had tuna and salmon with brown rice and a whole lot of toppings—coupled with some of the most pleasant staff I’ve seen and you have a winner. I was here for lunch and inhaled every morsel of my poke bowl. Only wish I could go back every week but I live in Canada.

Awesome variety of fresh foods!
Our second visit here was equally as awesome as our first. Many options of both raw or cooked protein and a wonderful selection of vegetables, toppings and sauces. The staff is great at offering selections and giving advice and samples. Thanks for a great food experience.

We always enjoy eating at Pacific Counter especially in these difficult times. Thank you for being open and continuing to serve the community. We really appreciate you. The food is always great. The rice bowls are huge and have great ingredients....and you must get the Dole Whip!!!

Wow! what an incredible place for poke bowls! I was on a food tour with a group of people and they took us to this location. The food was fantastic! We got to choose from a base, protein, toppings and a sauce. The star of my bowl was the salmon and my friend had tuna which was incredible as well. We loved how Josh told us some background of Pacific Counter and went into detail about the food, his personality shone through. Incredibly impressed with everything. We will be coming back several more times during our stay here and will tell everyone about this eatery who is visiting St Pete.

Pacific Counter was our last stop on a Cloud Nine Food Tour. Heather was the most enthusiastic, friendly, informational greeter we experienced on our tour. She incorporated humor, art, food, sustainability, and people in the topics she covered at lightening speed in her intro. Then she got behind the counter and served us just as enthusiastically. She's the first person I've ever met that got me to try raw sushi tuna. I'm an adventurous food enthusiast but have always drawn the line at raw fish. She got me to push past my comfort zone and now I'm sold since she told me that their tuna is single line caught not fished by netting. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. We'll be back! Thank you to Tim, our Tour Guide for bringing our group there! Holly & Ralph

I took my girlfriend and joined another couple at this interesting establishment. I noticed how clean and inviting the place is and the friendly staff taking the time to explain the ordering process. The food is fresh and really tasty. We all had something different and the fact that you can create your own bowl or wrap made it even better. There is no bad choices when you see the menu. We all enjoyed the entire dining experience from the food to the casual setting and would recommend this place to anyone. We will be going back again.

Located in downtown St. Pete. Covid procedures, parking, good staff, casual, counter service. Customers about equal mix male & female, mostly 80% locals, medium age 40yrs. old. Menu: fresh poke, raw fish, salmon, tuna, noodles.

I have been eating here for years and still enjoy it every time! I drive all over the Tampa Bay area so it's nice I can get Pacific Counter in DTSP, Lakewood Ranch, and Tampa! My go-to is the sushi burrito, but there are plenty of options to switch things up whenever I feel like it. My kids also love PC and usually get a noodle/rice bowl with mango, pineapple, and edamame. Of course, they always want bubble teas and dole whips too!

If we had known how wonderful poke bowls are, we would have tried it long ago. We were there as part of the Eat St. Pete Food Tour (Edge) and got blown away. Vivian did a great job educating us on the fresh ingredients and copious choices. We will be back!

This was our first time eating at this place for lunch. We hadn't heard anything but the menu posted on the window looked interesting. We were greeted by ALOHA as we walked in door. The options are listed on the wall . We could build our own which is exactly what we did! It was really delicious. Nothing like we expected. Even the little side dish of cucumber salad was yummy. They give you so much for your portions. The staff were so friendly AND after the meal, you gave the back a cup and they filled it with Dole Whip! We will definitely be back.
