We stopped in after our visit to the Lightner museum, and received 10% off with our ticket. This restaurant is in the former pool area under the museum and the food was great, there was even a piano player during lunch

Other people have already mentioned the unique and romantic setting and the food and service, so I would just like to add that there are interesting shops surrounding the restaurant. My favorite was a junky, chaotic memorabilia shop in which you could disappear for weeks.

Their service was excellent, but there is some room for improvement in cooking food. It was very nice to have a man playing piano while we eat.

As the others said, smart casual or whatever you feel comfortable in. I tend to like dressing up since I’m retired and don’t get many chances to wear some stuff f my nice stuff but that’s me.

The cafe is predominantly a lunch restaurant, with very limited dates for dinner. It is well worth the wait if you're not able to make it for lunch.
