Le Pavillion is right next door to where we stayed (The Ancient City Inn), so we walked over on our first night. Stepping in, my first impression was that this was gonna wallop my credit card - it's upscale chic, and well designed. Our server, Diane, was warm and professional, and she was at our table moments after we sat... More

Came for dinner with my wife while visiting St. Augustine for spring break. We made a reservation, and the service was excellent the whole visit. We both started with the French Onion soup which we loved. I had the German platter and my wife had a fish special, both were delicious. We had a nice window seat and the ambiance... More

We are from South Carolina and this was our third visit to La Pavillon. Great Food and Service in a very nice atmosphere. I have traveled extensively during my life and this is some of the best food I have ever eaten. Phil Lawson, Columbia, SC

Old college buddy and I spend a few days in St. Augustine. We probably should have done some more research on restaurants. The main course was good - I had the steak and he had the duck. I would have thought the beer selection would have been more extensive given the German theme. What killed the meal was the Oysters... More

Everything from the food, to the ambiance, and the staff was phenomenal. Diana was so down to earth and the food was mouth watering. Will definitely be back

Le Pavillon Restaurant was apparently a house originally built in Colonial Revival style in the 1860s. We walked in off the street, were greeted and seated immediately and were served delicious food. The basket of bread to start with was to die for. The salads were fresh and crisp with house made dressings. The beef crepes and the seafood crepes... More

This is a very good place to eat. I had the seafood crepes and they were wonderful. The setting is very nice and the decor lovely. The only thing I would mark down on them was that the seemed a bit befuddled when I first came in that I was by myself. The waitress was wonderful and helpful, but a... More

Very good food with quite a variety of culinary cultures. We were there with a large group, so we only had 3 dinner choices, and of course they were the most acceptable choices rather than some of the more interesting choices. The service was excellent. We would like to try this again with the choices of a full menu.

My wife and I dined here on a Sunday night and were incredibly pleased with both the food and the service. I ordered the Wiener schnitzel prepared with veal rather than the usual pork and it was exceptional, lightly breaded and seasoned to perfection. My wife ordered the grouper, which was a special that evening, and she was pleased with... More

What a surprise to walk in and get seated, served promptly and fed to fullness WITHOUT A RESERVATION! Great wine selections, delicious bread, homemade blue cheese dressing and substantial salad, shrimp dishes, sausage, meat, fish offerings that were all cooked to perfection with great care in presentation and seasoning. The chef knows his stuff in many cuisines, and we were... More
