This was my favorite restaurant in st Augustine. Last night was awful. $50 entree was inedible. If I took an Instagram photo, it would put them out of business. Brown goo surrounded by oil. It was supposed to be veal. Loud patrons, way too much...light. Not a fine dining experience. Service very good. Hope this was just a bad night, but it will be a while before I go back.More

For good reasons this place was packed the entire evening and people had to be turned away. This is a nice, small restaurant with excellent service and a great menu to choose from, well managed and a lot of happy customers. Including us.

This is a special occasion restaurant. It is not the typical tourist eatery, yet there was a man there in shorts. With entrees hovering around $50, it should be a dressed up evening. At least my husband and I were dressed appropriately! The only surprise...for us was that Collage serves only wine and beer. They do not serve any spirits. The wine list is extensive and has a good range in prices. We started with warm, crusty bread served with roasted garlic and basil infused oil. Yum. I had the Duo Di Manzo, tenderloin medallions with pasta filled with short ribs served with a Gorgonzola cream that did not overwhelm. Crispy onions were on top, and perfectly cooked asparagus spears were nestled under the beef. My husband had the tenderloin with the signature sauce. It was a bit too spicy for his taste, but he devoured it anyway. Both tenderloins were cooked exactly as ordered. Mine was also perfectly seasoned. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the restaurant treated us to their butter rum cake for dessert. We split that and also split the strawberry and ice cream dessert. A perfect dinner.More

this is supposed to be one of, if not the, best restaurants in St Augs. we found it so-so. my shrimp and scallops with cream sauce over pasta was fine--not much flavor but the shrimp and scallops were cooked well. Wife's Red Drum over grits...was fair at best. Overall a disappointing meal. positively, there wine list was very good and very reasonably priced. on a side note, we did not have a great dinner in St Aug's during our three night stay although several of our lunches were excellentMore

My husband and I ate at this intimate restaurant and we were both impressed with the service and food. Everything we ordered was delicious. The escargot was the best I have ever had.

Service was exquisite - our waitress Harmony was friendly without being overbearing. We were greeted immediately by a warm host. I had shrimp and lobster ravioli, topped with a lobster tail - excellently prepared.
