The perfect Anniversary Dinner!!

We came to Forgotten Tonic for dinner to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary! What an excellent choice this was! First of all, our server Liam was outstanding! He made the night so special with his friendliness, attention and great personality! For dinner, we ate the...Cajun Chicken Egg Rolls and the Chicken Bella! Oh man was this absolutely delicious! One of the restaurant managers Lindsay, who was also incredibly friendly, made us a dessert with chocolate ganache that was out of this world! It was on the house for our anniversary and decorated beautifully with little red hearts and chocolate swirls! Thank you Liam, Lindsay and Forgotten Tonic for a Perfect Anniversary dinner and an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back!More

Great bar, not so good restaurant

Must say that the tatoo bar lady and her suggested bottle of white wine were really great. But from there it went downhill. We ordered two specials. The tuna was obvisiously frozen and therefore too wet. The New York strip was too fatty and barely...warm. Plates were cold. Service was nowhere and conclusiin is: great bar, lousy restaurant.More

Great Bartenders & Atmosphere

Beautiful spot with local art! Bartender, Andrew, was so kind and showed us all kinds of fun ways to make drinks. The cocktails and food were delicious! Highly recommend.

Great little restaurant on a quiet street

Love Forgotten Tonic. Restaurant has a great vibe and is very comfortable. Aviles Street is very quiet which adds to the relaxed feel. The food and the service are excellent. We enjoyed the Cajun egg rolls to start. The Shrimp and Grits, redfish and the...Tuna were all excellent. Great wine list and full bar.More

Delicious food and creative drinks

So delicious, we came here 3 times in one weekend. Great craft cocktails, delicious and creative “gastropub” type food and friendly service. It’s just far enough away that it doesn’t feel too touristy. You won’t regret your stop here!!!!

Cute Restaurant with Great Food

The restaurant is super cute with a great ambiance and fun drink options. The service was great and so was the food. I had the Cajun egg rolls, some French fries, FT salad and shrimp and grits etouffee. Everything was delicious!!

Not Good!

I liked the atmosphere, but the food was terrible! The service was very slow and felt awkward. I do not recommend.

Forgotten service

We wanted to try this place as it came highly recommended by our server at another restaurant. We got a reservation, checked in just fine, were greeted warmly, and got seated at a table fairly quickly. And sadly, that was it. The restaurant wasn't very...busy. We waited... and waited. Servers passed our table as they brought food and drinks to nearby tables. No one ever stopped by to offer water/drinks as we looked over the menu. After 20 minutes - still without any acknowledgement that patrons were actually sitting at a table and waiting to order, we left.More

Good place for drinks and a meal.

This place has a much more extensive alcohol menu than dinner but the food items they do have are very good. The place is more for having fun as it can get loud, as opposed to a quiet dinner. My wife and I both ordered...from their extensive wine list and I had the Shrimp and Grits and she had the Blackened catch. Both were very good. This is a good place for a lively ambiance. Service was OK.More

A gem of a restaurant on a quiet brick lined carriage way near Constitution Plaza

From incredible specialty drinks to delicious apps and entrees, this place is a gem. Outdoor dining was great and we were treated to many Beautiful horse drawn carriages going by . Fried Green Tomato and Warm Brie apps and Wonderful fish and chicken entrees as...well as a Tempeh option that was incredible. Highly recommend considering this restaurant. If we are back in town it will be on our list!More

I’ve never gone there with my daughter, The lighting is low, I would assume as long as the child is well behaved it will be well received. We have been there numerous times it never disappoints.
