We came here for dinner on an overnight layover and WOW was it a wonderful experience!!! Our server, Charles was extremely helpful. I had the shrimp bruschetta and truly lobster risotto - both were AMAZING and we had the brownie cookie dough dessert - so decadent!! We found this place to be excellent value for what we paid. Definitely recommend... More

I don't usually frequent hotel restaurants, but this one was recommended by our vacation club so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is beautiful & the food was excellent. I had a delicious filet that was tender & juicy & my friends meals were also incredibly good. There was a nice view of the beach from our... More

In February 2017, I visited Singer Island, Florida for a weeks "get-away". The Ocean Grill at the Marriott Singer Island Resort & Spa was recommended to me for lunch. The view was outstanding as my table looked out onto the ocean and beach. The service was impeccable and the Seafood Chowder was outstanding. The best I have ever had! Everything... More

We really had a good time at dinner. The food was spectacular my husband had the filet and I had the Seabass. It was a bit chilly out for Florida standards so we were the only ones sitting outside. Our server was very attentive and I originally it was going to get a different type of fish and it was... More

Went there for dinner first one evening. Great food but place very noisy due to a large party there but luckily they left when we were still dining otherwise we would have had to forgo dessert! Food really good so returned for lunch another day when it was very peaceful. Food great again and would have no hesitation in recommending... More

Normally hotel food is not necessarily something to write about but 3800 at the Marriott was fantastic! From the impeccable service to the diverse wine list, and the amazing food, we had a great experience. My family ordered the special which was pan seared salmon with Alfredo pasta and it was so good, we personally thanked the chef Kelsey. All... More

We had a lovely time here. Terrific service and excellent food, if a bit pricey. So why the 2 stars? We were actually charged $2.00/drink for ice! Seriously! My husband ordered Glenlivit on the rocks - twice. And when the bill came, there was the charge for 2 drinks and a $4.00 charge for "rocks". Frozen water? What? Spoiled the... More

Stayed at the resort for a work conference and brought my family along. The conference provided breakfast vouchers for attendees. The buffet has a great variety and we enjoyed it the few days it was available. I would not pay $26/adult for it. I had French toast which was fine and my family had pancakes. The service varied on the... More

We booked a week at this resort using rewards points. The lobby is beautiful and we were helped in by bellman. The car was valet parked (I think that's the only option here). The desk staff were awesome. We had an amazing 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a view. It overlooked the big park next door as well as... More

From the greeters, our waitress Karina and our lovely managers Alejandro and Naiz Lopez, everything was amazing. The customer service amazing, great attitude and great smiles. The Accommodation was just all great. I had a party of 18 and they rearranged the whole restaurant so that we may enjoy the wonderful view and still be able to seat together. I... More

Description
We call it the “collective kitchen.” For the menus of 3800 Ocean are inspired not only by the local abundance of South Florida’s renowned crops that thrive under a hospitable climate, but by the regional flavors that stir the souls of our collaborative team of chefs. Each chef brings a new insight to the table: the comfort food favorites of New England; the fire and spice of Mexico; the Caribbean traditions of Jamaica; and the ageless classics of Long Island. Our own local abundance of fresh produce and seafood allows us to take the collective kitchen dining concept quite literally. Everything is made from scratch. Every taste evokes an emotional connection to a past culinary memory, or perhaps a future craving.
