It's a cute restaurant, in fact one of the more notable ones alone Highway A1A. It's colorful with nice booths and tables of carved wood with Zapatista carved into the back. Staff was pleasant. The menu is a typical Mexican menu. The cafe was not busy on a Sunday late afternoon. Guacamole and salsa was good. Entre, a fish taco... More

I took my girlfriend there about a week ago because she is from Houston, Texas. So she enjoys Tex Mex food. But the beans that came with the order were so small of an amount it was as if they came out of a baby food jar, when I questioned the manager she said that was their serving size. It... More

Zapatas is a cute place to go if you are not really looking for an Authentic Mexican food restaurant. This place os more like Tex-Mex. It has a cute ambiance with some nice seating areas, stocked bar, and fun decor reminiscent of the movie, The Three Amigos. How to Tell Tex-Mex vs. REAL Mex: Authentic Mexican cuisine does not include... More

We usually get a combo meal. Personally get a Tostada and a Chile Relleno (without the raspberry sauce). Fantastic food!!! Hubby gets two Chile Rellenos. YUM!!!

After coming to Zapata's for the first time with our family, we noticed roaches in the restaurant and water on the floor. The food was plentiful but mediocre, and the management was no where to be found to make a complaint! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place and I feel the health department should be called. Apparently there is no... More

I really like to go here to sit out on there porch, which is like a greenhouse type room. Decor is nice, and service is always good. Typical Mexican food...I think Tuesdays-Thursdays there is free food at the bar when you are buying drinks. Not a bad place, it is comfortable and drinks are always good.

Good service, authentic Mexican atmosphere (mismatched worn out seats). The food was just ok but pricy. It looks cool outside but there are much better places.

We dine here fairly often. Excellent food and reasonably priced. Service has always been good. We consider it to be our favorite Tex mex restaurant.
