We weren’t planning on lunch out but saw this run down shack and thought it might be worth a try. The food is delicious and the patio seating on the bayou was very pleasant. Stuart was our server and he was very attentive- our drinks...More

This place is the real deal! It’s on a waterway plied by Louisiana style fishing boats, and the ambience is truly bayou. I had the shrimp etoufee with a side of fried ocra, and both were wonderful. There are interesting local craft beers available at...More

The gumbo was very good. We had a large group and we're disappointed they got rid of the large table in the middle room where you could all be seated together. The bread pudding never disappoints, save room if you haven't tried it.

Incredible authentic Cajun with a ten-hour drive to Louisiana. Always a great beer selection. Spot on the water is tremendous.

We were out on a bike ride and rode past this place because it is set back from the road and then opted to go back. Great decision! Quaint and casual place on the water, with friendly staff and good food.

My father-in-law brought my wife and I here today for lunch. The food was great and service was just as good. We will be back next time we’re in town.

I had the chicken livers and corn bread appetizers. The chicken livers were over cooked. $9.00 for a piece of cornbread is out ragous. The waiter suggested a fresh batch of chicken livers, but he stated that he could not guarantee that they would any...More

Food was average. Owner was better than us. Waiter wasnt too worried about keeping our glasses full. The Cajun atmosphere is gone. 🙁
