This long time stalwart of the local restaurant scene has excellent seafood served promptly. The prices are a bargain. As well as their many oyster plates, try the gumbo. If you are in Pensacola, make the trip to the oyster barn.

this is a family run restaurant that is where local go for excellent seafood. the menu is simple and mainly seafood. it is located on the Bayou Texar.
Whenever out of town visitors or colleagues come to Pensacola this is my restaurant of choice. Great location, good local vibe, excellent slaw and the best mullet anywhere.
