I ate here all the time when I was stationed here, and when my family would visit they enjoyed it here also (and were from Texas so we know a bit about Mexican food). Anytime I'm in the area I always go in for a...More

I had a Groupon for this place - with the name of Rio Bravo - not Monterrey's. The bldg exterior says Rio Bravo, too. In any case, a pretty lousy experience. Not clean. Windows are filthy. Table wasn't clean. Bathrooms are rather gross. This is...More
We used to eat here from time to time when it was Monterrey's, and indeed, there are fixtures in the restaurant that still say Monterrey's, but the big new sign outside says Rio Bravo. Perhaps they have joined a chain, or something, but it pretty...More

Have had several lunches here from time to time. Always good service and food is a solid 3. I like the chips (light, crispy, and always fresh) and salsa (just a touch of cumin). Their lunch menu items are very reasonably priced and a nice...More
It has been way too many years since I have been back east, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and authenticity of the food at Monterrey's Mexican Grill. I always consider it a good thing when the staff is from the appropriate country....More
