Waited two hours still didn't get all our food and the food we got was either cold, burnt or way over seasoned. Will NEVER come back and will advise other to NOT come here to eat

We had not been to Ozzies in years, friends suggested that we go, so we did. The entire experience was horrific, wait time at table for service, food, drinks. We ended up leaving after two hours. Not sure what Ozzies is, but it is not...a restaurant, or a bar.More

My third visit here and I held off reviewing because anyplace can have an off night. Everything here seems like it is spread too thinly. From the insufficient staff to attend to tables, to the insufficient number of oysters to complete orders properly. Yes, they...shorted my cousin 2 oysters rather than inform her they didn’t have a full dozen. They also need more blenders! A fact we learned the hard way after waiting 20 minutes to receive three frozen drinks. They are also out of pina colada and daiquiri mixes because none of our drinks tasted like anything but ice. Come to think of it, we didn’t even taste alcohol. The place is not too busy. I guess people just stopped going back. I am going to take a clue from them. The place just seems like it is spiraling downward and I don’t want to pay good money while it happens.More

took visitors here, terrible service, food was sub par. EVERYTHING is COVERED in Old Bay SEASONING! so mcuh so that is all you can taste. food came out very slowley, and not together. my baked potato was raw, i was informed they were recooking them....I asked for fries instead, after 45 minutes I still didnt get them. the waitress offered me new crab legs because she saw me trying to wipe off the seasoning which left a smear mark, with in 5 minutes she returned with my crablegs. instead of bringing me NEW ones, they washed off my old ones and returned them to me. the ends were still full of the seasoning and you could see my smear mark. the rest of our meals had issues as well, Once I startes to complain the owner came over and yelled at me telling e I had to pay. he never offered a discount or a free whatever, our bill was over $160. he told me he didnt care someone had to pay and became beligerant about it! he is a CHEAP JERK, who clearly knows nothing about the resaurant business. HE RESERVED OLD FOOD! UNIMAGINABLE!! Our meals were incomplete, my crablegs were the size of my pinky finger and Im NOT exaggerating!! no way these were legally caught. the waitress said "I hate this place" apparently this is new thing with the owner and customers. we are locals, we WONT BE BACK! EVER!!!!More

Went for a nice dinner out with my family. Took over an hour to get our food after we had ordered. Parts of the menu weren’t available which was upsetting. Ordered what I thought would be a nice surf and turf meal. The prime rib...was BLAND and not tender like it should be. The crab legs were completely covered in a bay seasoning that killed the natural flavor of the crab meat. It’s been 3 hours since we left and my mouth is still on fire from the over abundance of this seasoning (which btw isn’t listened in the menu, so I couldn’t ask them to leave it off)! My mother had ordered her crab legs and the same thing, too much seasoning. So she politely asked our waitress to remake them without the seasoning. 3 minutes later the waitress returned with the “new” crab legs. We could all tell instantly that they were not in fact new and that the cook/owner just threw the old set into a pot of water and rinsed the seasoning off and reserved them to my mother. She was not happy! When confronted on the whole experience, the owner/cook immediately became offensive and started insulting us for not wanting to pay for our meal, which was not the case. The food was overpriced and fell way below our expectations! I have never felt more insulted in my life! DO NOT EAT HERE! Save yourself the disappointment! This place doesn’t even deserve one star, it’s that bad!More

Change the name because you are destroying the good memories I had of this restaurant. Not sure why is this bad. They need a restaurant rescue. Menu is very limited in all areas, alcohol, appetizers and main dishes. All outside TVs not working. Not sure...if I can come back. Fell bad for the servers, they are trying. Shame in the owners! Don’t blame it on Covid, that’s a poor excuse.More

I can not believe this place has any good reviews. Worst meal I've paid for in years. I was so disgusted I didn't even ask what the "convenience fee" was for. We paid cash so it couldn't be a cc fee. Terrible food and out...of almost everything. Couldn't even get a salad.More
