As an annual passholder, I've had my fair share of Disney style food. The first time we ate here, it was actually a recommendation from a cast member at the front desk at the lodge. We were worried we wouldn't enjoy dinner after reading the description, but boy were we wrong. Ever since that day, we have been back over... More

Jiko is one of those places that I will forever associate with being content and at peace. This restaurant has been the scene of special occasions and glorious end-of-vacation send-offs of which I have nothing but the fondest of memories. This iteration was more of a kick-off – a second kick-off, so to speak – to our latest family trip.... More

Made reservations for Jiko months in advance without knowing much about it. What a suprise the food and serves was excellent, I would recommend the African breads as an appitizer The elk was cooked to perfection, have had elk before but never like this. The butternut squase curry soup was not somethingI thought I would like but gave it a... More

So different then other places in Disney. High prices but worth it. Be adventurous and try something outside of your comfort zone.

3rd visit, each has been fantastic. Interesting dishes (the boar, the breads) delicious preparation of others (the short ribs were my favorite) and great wine selection and drinks. Desserts were sublime, as beautiful as they were tasty.

This was our second visit to Jikos and we were looking forward to it. There was a short wait for our reservation, we walked outside and looked at the flamingos. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with soft sunset colors--making you think of evening in Africa. We knew we wanted the Taste of Africa appetizer- a bread platter with Naan, papadum,... More

Very good service, very nice meal. We got a surprise dessert for our anniversary (which was nice and enough after what we ate) However it is pricey. The portions for appetizer were perfect, but a bit small for main course (if you take the price in consideration)

This restaurant is not worth all the hype. Don't get me wrong the food was delicious but nothing that reflect the price, the service or the atmosphere. I had the fillet steak and my husband had the Moroccan lamb. Both good but nothing outstanding. The children's portion size was tiny! My son literally had 2.5 scallops! The service was slow... More

We had the chance to eat dinner at Jiko's, and it was great. We all had the steak with asparagus, All of us loved it--ate everything off the plate. We also tried some boar as part of an appetizer and really enjoyed it. Jiko's has a lot of unique things on their menu and plenty of different wines to choose... More
