The place was almost empty for dinner so it was a little bit cold but it was good to enjoy a relatively quiet place. Service was efficient but not overly friendly. The food is good (better than you could expected inside a Park).

We have wanted to try the Brown Derby restaurant for a long time, but the price kept us from going in. We should have stayed out. We tried lunch today, the bread and butter were fairly good, we should have stopped there. I don't mind paying for a good experience, but I feel cheated by an experience like this. My... More

Managed to get reservations for Thanksgiving Dinner, and although the park was busy, as you'd expect, we were seated really quickly, service was as you would expect from Disney. We decided to go for the special thanksgiving menu, what else's would you have? Although the rest of the menu looked good. Food was really good, and because we couldn't decide... More

Our families lay of 6 ended our Disney experienc with a dinner at the Brown Derby. It as one of the highlights. I had pork 3 ways; a pulled pork, pork tenderloin, a a fried pork belly. The contrasting flavors and textures were excellent. The cornbread was a great contrast. Our waiter, Moses, was one of the best ever. Not... More

My wife and daughter had chicken breast. I had a cob salad. The wife's chicken was $32 and was very poorly prepared. Macaroni was dry and the chicken was pretty tasteless. Honestly, if I were rating this as a $10 meal it would still be a 2. My cob salad was not prepared well either. We've eaten at a lot... More

Although the surroundings are just average and made to mirror the Brown Derby in LA - the food is exceptional!! We ate dinner there with our grown children and all of us were blown away by our choices and the quality of food. I would not recommend this restaurant if you have children - kind of boring for them and... More

We came here for the fantasmic package. I believe the package was worth the money. The food here was delicious. I got the chop salad appetizer with the steak option it was perfectly cooked and awesome. My wife wasn't a huge fan of her appetizer as it was a very small portion (the crab cakes) they were more like small... More

Had 6:50 pm reservations. Got seated close to that time. There were 7 of us and we had 2 separate checks. Once the waiter (Remy) finally came and took our drink order, it took a really long time to get the drinks. The couple sitting next us had Remy as a waiter. They had to get another workers attention to... More

Did reservations for the Fantasmic package. What it includes is the Appetizer, entree and dessert with a non-alcoholic drink. It also gives you reserved seating for the Fantasmic show. The environment was very nice. Our waitress was a little bit dry at times and not really inviting. I thought the food was good but maybe a bit overpriced. I spent... More

We had lunch booked at the Hollywood Brown Derby as part of our Fantasmic dining package while at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Not cheap at US$ 62 for adults and US $ 22 for kids but you do get preferred seating at Fantasmic with a good viewing spot (assuming it doesn’t get called off because of thunderstorms) and a fine dining...
