I was looking for something to do for some family bonding, and I happened to come across Chuck. E cheese. After taking a quick look at numerous reviews and hearing some pretty positive feedback about the establishment. Me and my family decided to venture out...to Chuck e. Cheese. Our hopes were high but they soon sadly came crashing down. Upon entering the building we were created by the smell of vomit and loud screaming( I understand they’re kids I have no problem with the screaming but the smell of vomit was simply too overwhelming. We tried to ignore the fumes and make the most out of our visit. It continued to get worse. There was a group of kids who were playing skee-ball and were chucking the balls with great velocity and with little to no accuracy while another tried to get the balls out of another machine by sticking his hand in it. I found the situation to be dangerous and decided to go talk to them and see if I could get them to play more carefully. I asked them nicely, hey guys would mind them to calm down and stop throwing the balls so hard, I also advised the one kid not to stick his hand in the machine because it could get stuck. A kid with a backwards hat and a Fortnite shirt on (who I assumed was the leader of the group as he appeared to be the oldest of the three. After hearing what I had said he rudely responded with ‘’ Shut up Boomer!” Then the other two children that he called his friends continued to bombard me calling me old, a fart, and a boomer, which I took great offense to as I’m 42 years old. I asked them how old they were and the kids they were 8, 7 and 5. I then asked them about the whereabouts of their parents to which they replied “why do you care”? I said I would like to speak to them. The oldest one said they left about an hour ago but they’d be back to pick them up when they were ready to leave. I said to the kids that they could learn a thing or two about respecting others. The 5 year old then said I was a sticky poo face and that he and his friends would kick my butt if I didn’t leave them alone. I disregarded the threat as they were kids and posed no trouble to me, but there was no way I was gonna engage with these kids so I said” fine have fun”and decided to see if a staff member would be able to remove these kids from the premises. I found a staff member, Tony said he “ could like try to help or somethin or whatevs” so where are they? I led him to the troublesome kids and told him what had happened stating they were not only disrespectful and not abiding by the rules. He said “like mahn these dudes are just haven fuun! The kids must of had a connection with Tony because the 8 year old greeted him with a gang sign and a whaaaat’s up! Can you hook us up with some free tokens and pizza? To which Tony said “ Sure dudes I can toats set you guys up! I was having none of this! I demanded him to take further action on the matter and do his job! Tony told me to stop killing the vibe and that it’s not his problem. I was furious and decided to find my family. They went on to play some games while I was confronting that group of kids. I was going to tell them to get ready to leave but my wife had already bought some tokens( which I didn’t want to waste) and my son was playing some games and seemed to be having fun. After playing some games, everyone was pretty hungry so we went to the dining area and ordered a large pizza (which is apparently famous) when the pizza arrived it was easy to tell it was not a fresh pizza and that it was indeed numerous slices from other pizzas made into one pie. Not one slice fit properly and they were all different shapes and sizes. I found that it was not in our best interest to eat the pizza but since we had paid for it and since we were hungry we decided to eat. The pizza was awful and tasted like sauce and burnt cheese on a piece of cardboard but it was food. After our lunch break my patience was wearing thin. My son did seem to be enjoying himself though, so I thought to myself “it’s not a total waste.” I then had to use the bathroom so I told my wife and my son to keep playing and that I would be back in 5-10 mins. upon entering the bathroom it looked pretty ordinary and sanitized. I was in for a rude awakening when I entered the stall. The toilet was clogged and had a sign carved into it, and on the side of the stall someone had written call 1(631)-7886-443 for a good time. On top of all that there was a hole in the right Stall panel that let you see into the stall next to you. After using another stall to do my business I went back to the main play area to find my family again. My wife grabbed me and said there was a strange man with a camera standing near the animatronic Chuck. E saying Oh my gosh guys! It’s 3am guys and that is when all the evil spirits come to earth! I took a look and I saw him pointing his camera at the animatronic he then said,He’s real! The Chuck E. Cheese is real! He’s scary, guys. The man then proceeded to talk into his camera and headed over to get his pizza and tokens. I simply shook my head and thought there’s nothing you can do about it. All of a sudden a large commotion erupted from the ball pit as kids proceeded to jump out of the ball pit screaming yuck! He did it! Gross! He pee-peed. Apparently one of the kids drank too much fruit-punch and decided to relieve himself in the ballpit which to every kids disappointment meant that the ball pit would be closed for the remainder of the day. One of the kids bursts out crying and a mother starts rebelling saying she was personally gonna sue the place. After all the Chaos ensued Chuck. E was sent out to do a meet and greet and pictures in order to try to calm the situation down. My son wanted a picture and she thought it would be a nice photo for memories. The mouse did not seem to interact well with the kids and seemed to just try to get the meet and greet over with which was very concerning, unprofessional especially since it is Chuck E’s job to make the kids happy. I assume the company failed to do a thorough background check on those who they employ. I completely lost it! I demanded to speak to the manager. Out came the manager who’s name was Dianne was absolutely no help in anyway at all. There was no way I was going to let this whole thing slide. She said the best she could do was give my son a turn in the “ticket blaster” , a free large pizza, a play pass, or free photos with Chuck E. after what the Mouse tried to pull on my wife earlier! Yeah! There’s no way! What an absolute joke! I said to her enjoy your day and I grabbed my family and we charged for the exit. It’s safe to say that me and my family will never go within 100ft of a Chuck E. cheese ever again after that unacceptable, inappropriate, traumatic, disgraceful, and truly horrendous experience! I seriously hope it goes out of business and no-one will have to suffer or undergo an experience quite like the one my family had to endure.More

There was an ant in my churro and the staff was very rude, plain and simple. I feel that this establishment is incredibly overrated.

We are from the UK, my Wife and I had never heard of it. Our 5 year old saw the sign when we were driving past and went mental for the place saying he had seen on Kids You Tube!! We went in, 3 times,...and he loved it. Won loads of tickets, saw Chuck E, and spent a few hours passing the time when the weather wasn't great. Having now seen others online, this one looks a bit run down and the machine a bit old. There are no toilets inside, you have to go out to temporary toilets out the back which also isnt great. Hopefully won't have to ever go back!! 🤣More

Frankly, one of the worst CEC’s we have been to. Sadly, this is likely due to the fact that I-Drive is so touristy. We, however, are local. I would definitely drive further before going back here. No indoor bathrooms! We were directed to a back...alley with portapotties. They were nicer than average, but portable toilets nonetheless. This place got super crowded so expect to wait for games and to turn in your tickets. Some employees were working their tales off while others hid in the kitchen. Perhaps they need a manager to actually manage.More

Our daughter had requested to come here during our holiday as she had seen YouTube videos and said it looked a lot of fun. On walking in it does look a little run down (we did visit on a Sunday evening and it was busy)....After walking through the gate we were shouted at by a member of staff that we needed our hand stamping. Got that done, then he walked off. As soon as you walk in there are two large machines where you can get your game credits. This works on a time system. We went for the 60 mins play for $21. You do have the ability to pause the game play should you want to stop and eat at the half way mark. There are points around the arcade to do this. This place isn't massive. At a guess it has 50 machines for the kids to play and they are all aimed at the under 10's. Very simple games that give out tickets, which you can exchange for prizes. A lot of the machines didn't give out tickets which was very annoying. We did ended up with 469 tickets which got us a few tiny toys and a lollipop. There is food and drink available but decided not to eat here as the food didn't look very appealing. Overall, our 6 year old loved it and wanted to go again. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful which is why I only gave 4 stars.More

Oh, WOW, we we were not sure at all what to expect when the kids kept on about going Chuck E Cheese.....we were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best pizza we have ever had. Then the way they work the...unlimited amount of games you can play is good. You buy a card and load it with time and away you go....you can also pause the card when you don’t want to play anymore or you sit down to eat......they also do deals on the cards when buying kids meals.......what made it even more special was the fact that our great grandson son got a surprise visit from Chuck E cheese himself.....great visit all round.......sure we will be back.More

Our kids wanted to go back here again and again. The minutes system allowed plenty of options for them and they enjoyed wasting away time here during downtime or storms. The pizza was very tasty here (we like our pizza as a family) and a...good budget option for sharing. Like most amusements, the vouchers don't get you much but the kids had lots of fun.More
