I'd heard a lot are reviews about this place, finely went there with a colleague from Europe and some friends. The food was amazing, even a separate vegetarian and gluten-free menu for the fussy ones amongst us, topped off with some excellent service! A slight twist on Tapas, dishes from around the world, with American sized portions! Can't wait to... More

Stopped for an early lunch with friends before visiting the Orlando Museum of Fine Art. Wanted to try a restaurant that had a menu different than the usual hamburger and fries. Santiago's is the place for a delicious, reasonable and different lunch. The tapas was a great idea for sharing (2 boards) is just enough. They have an attentive and... More

Friends recommended that we meet at this restaurant and am glad they did. Upon our arrival, the place struck me as being trendy. We had an outside table, which was fine since the weather was good. Our server, Margaret was very personable and helpful by making some suggestions. This is a tapas restaurant so serving sizes are "tasting" sized, although the... More

We held our staff appreciation party at Santiagos and everything was outstanding. From the booming process with the hands on GM Andy to the food and service. We were a big group and they handled it flawlessly. The food was always plentiful and we never had to wait for drinks or anything. Thank you Santiago Bodega from our staff to... More

We have been to Santiago Bodega several times and I am happy to report that the food quality and wait staff service is still excellent. The Sunday brunch is one of the best in Orlando. For $39 you get unlimited Mimosas, Sangria or Sparkling Sangria (red Sangria with a splash of sparkling wine), a huge buffet selection and made to... More

This place was amazing its so little that to be honest we were kind of scared to go in but I am soooo happy we did. It is tapas style witch we love and the sparkling sangria is to die for. We went later in the day so everything pretty much was candle lit. We really enjoyed the saganaki (it... More

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Very, very busy so I recommend reservations to be able to enjoy your time here. They specialize in tapas and wine, which are all very tasty. It is a bit crowded so if you don't like to be close to the other patrons in the place, or if you want privacy, this is not the... More

Made a reservation for my group and they actually had the table ready early. We were there for the Sunday Brunch, which everything was tasty, hot and nice variety. The best part of the experience was our server Gavin. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us and then did a wonderful job of anticipating our needs and did... More

Description
Santiago's Bodega presents a unique tasting experience featuring small plates that hopscotch between decadent (a warm Camembert wedge topped with sauteed garlic, onions, almonds, apricots, chopped dates, bell peppers), refreshing (yellow fin tuna, avocado, mango ceviche), exotic (lamb patties with fresh thyme, sherry, lemon zest) and just plain comfort-food-delicious (Roman meatballs on angel hair, or fried potatoes in a spicy sauce). As nothing costs over $15, there’s no major commitment, and if the relationship doesn't work, move along to the next selection. The menu’s ideal for sharing and for mixing up in endless combinations. Alternate between chevre tartlet, spanakopita, or smoked salmon carpaccio. Invent your own meal. Dining in such a way permits the rules of wine pairings to step aside like snooty impostors, and what goes best with dinner is exactly what tempts you. Santiago’s Bodega is a good-natured, low-key, food-lovers hangout, a neighborhood restaurant. - Margit Bisztray
