I was visiting from Atlanta and we went here because it was close to "Better than Sex" dessert bar. OMG... the Tapas were amazing. I ordered the Petite Lamb and Bacon covered Mushrooms which gave me life. I don't even want to try the rest...More

I've been to Santiago's a few times and I really don't understand why some people love this place. The only thing I can figure is people are drawn to the very nice/large outdoor area featuring tables with umbrellas - which is nice - but the...More

Santiago's Bodega, Winter Park Visited Santiago's Bodega on Friday July 7th. We arrived in the middle of happy hour; we were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress showed up, didn't say her name, and took our drink order and told us about the happy hour...More

Although it may sound weird for some people my husband and I have to habit to go to the theater, ballet, or show and have dinner after (instead of before as most Americans do). After many years having problems to find a good place to...More

This location is every bit as good as the original in Key West. Valet parking took a while but that's my only complaint. Tried the tenderloin in blue cheese sauce, chicken kabobs, cheese plate and the carpaccio. Oh man, the carpaccio just melted in my...More

I tend to stay away from tapas because I usually don't end up feeling like its enough food, however I left with a full stomach. The mini quesadillas were excellent, the spanakopita was super stuffed (in a good way) with their filling, their salad was...More

Description
Santiago's Bodega presents a unique tasting experience featuring small plates that hopscotch between decadent (a warm Camembert wedge topped with sauteed garlic, onions, almonds, apricots, chopped dates, bell peppers), refreshing (yellow fin tuna, avocado, mango ceviche), exotic (lamb patties with fresh thyme, sherry, lemon zest) and just plain comfort-food-delicious (Roman meatballs on angel hair, or fried potatoes in a spicy sauce). As nothing costs over $15, there’s no major commitment, and if the relationship doesn't work, move along to the next selection. The menu’s ideal for sharing and for mixing up in endless combinations. Alternate between chevre tartlet, spanakopita, or smoked salmon carpaccio. Invent your own meal. Dining in such a way permits the rules of wine pairings to step aside like snooty impostors, and what goes best with dinner is exactly what tempts you. Santiago’s Bodega is a good-natured, low-key, food-lovers hangout, a neighborhood restaurant. - Margit Bisztray
