Had a late lunch reservation before early admittance (4 PM) to the hard ticketed Mickey's Halloween Party. We arrived early but couldn't get a table earlier as all booked. While we waited the chefs at the sushi area explained what they were making as we watched. The food (Polynesian plate and Island chicken) dishes were excellent. If you're staying at... More

Great Kona Kona salad. Dirty cutlery, not replaced. Dirty dishes left on table during following course. Wrong drink order, left on bill. Chips seemed reheated.poor, poor service. Creme brule very good. Could be good but not this time. This was so poor I would not leave a tip.

We came here for breakfast, and it was great! I had the macadamia pineapple pancakes, which are to die for! My mom got a more traditional bacon and eggs plate which was great too. It was very busy so it was a little noisy, but that's Disney.

This resort has the BEST vibe, staff, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, and more! Fireworks view of the Magic Kingdom is outstanding! Great for kids and adults! The Transportation Center is the hub for all resports aroudn the Seven Seas Lagoon (Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Contemporary) plus the Magic Kingdom and Epcot! DO IT!

My family and I were turned away the day before because we had no reservations and forget about talking your way in there without one. I immediately confirmed a reservation for the next day on the app. When we arrived the next day I had the Big Kahuna my wife had those giant pancakes with pineapples and my 5 year... More

Went here twice as we have eaten here before. First went here for lunch. Service at lunch time was extraordinarily slow. Also it was so disappointing to find out that they only serve their special Hawaiian sweet bread with macadamia honey butter at dinner. Even though at lunch the food took long, it was delicious and I was able to... More

Enjoyed our meal here. High quality food and good service. It was also nice to have some different food Our serve gave good recommendations The only slight let down for us was the very bright lighting. It detracted a bit from the atmosphere- not quite right for a restful meal after a day at the parks

We were greated at our car by a very friendly gentleman who guided us to what to do and where to go. Our luggage was unloaded and while my husband parked the car we walked to check in with our leis. When you enter the doors you can see the castle straight ahead. If you love Disney Magic, it takes... More

Kona Cafe has easily become one of my top breakfast spots when I visit Disney. To start off, the Kona coffee is so good that I barely add sugar to it. For my breakfast I had the Tonga Toast which is a huge french toast filled with bananas and covered in cinnamon sugar (I would suggest you start eating to... More

Description
The Kona Cafe infuses a bit of Asian zest into traditional American breakfast, lunch and dinner fare in Disney's Polynesian Resort. Indulge in the scrumptious cinnamon and banana-stuffed Tonga Toast or choose from a variety of more savory breakfast options like a variety of egg dishes and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. At midday, satisfy your hunger with an Island chicken sandwich and housemade sweet potato chips, shrimp and scallops, or other tasty entrees. Dine in the evening on delicacies such as a selection of fresh fish, grilled ginger-crusted ribeye steak or coconut almond chicken. As you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this Polynesian restaurant, feast your eyes across the onstage open pastry kitchen that prepares divine desserts. Kona Cafe offers authentic Kona coffee as a perfect pairing to these pastries, or as a rich addition to any meal.
