Will and Brittany, the bartenders, are very rude. They charged my card when I told them not to. Then when I paid cash they were talking unpleasantly about me and they didn't realize that I could hear them. Not a good experience.More

Do Not Go with a large group. Worst place ever! We have been many places with large groups and this place can NOT handle it! Over 30 min just to get a bill. Still not correct. Spoke to Manager 2x and he wouldn’t help and...brushed it off like nothing. Absolutely horrible and will NOT go back.More
This was our second visit. The first, about a year ago, had been much better. This week’s visit was not good My fish and chips was good. The meat in my wife’s Philly steak and cheese was tough. The worst part was poor service. Nothing...is more annoying than having to flag down the wait staff multiple times to get stuff. One example: we asked for a glass of ice, it never came. Then we flagged down another waiter who did bring the ice. The restaurant was not busy. This is either due to lack of training or lack of supervision. Even had problems getting our check. Here’s a hint: your tip is dependent on your attentiveness. Do a good job, I’ll give you 20%. Do an excellent job and I may give you 30%. I have the $$ and I try to be generous in COVID times But, don’t try my patience 😡More

Service was acceptable, assuming this person was relatively new. If the server was experienced they were incompetent. We were there at a slow time (2:00 PM on a Sunday and it was not crowded. The table was dirty (hadn't been bussed properly), we had to...ask to have it wiped down (which was done with a wet napkin). The server brought us extra cocktail sauce as we asked, but brought it out ten minutes before the shrimp arrived, we also had to request coasters for our drinks.. We ate on the porch and there were un-bussed tables, trash on the floor (including menus and condiment cups, napkins, etc.). The server gave us our check and disappeared. We had to ask the bartender to check us out. Used to like Ale House and ate at the one on 436 a few weeks ago with no problem. They had a sign up at the one today looking for experienced cooks, they need one that says, looking for experienced managers. If they had one they would be constantly checking for things like we saw and instructing the staff on proper sanitation and common cleanliness. Wearing a mask and sitting in trash seems a bit convoluted. The grounds behind the place were littered with trash in the area between it and the Chick-fil-a next door. We had to park in back because they had what looked like twenty spots reserved for pick up. Seems a bit much to me.More

Great except... The food was good and service was fine BUT the server wore a mask but it wasn’t pulled up properly. Creeped me out thru the whole meal.
The classic cheeseburger stuffed me. It was prepared to order and was delicious. Good service in a sports bar atmosphere with lots of screens. Wide menu. Big place with lots of seating.
Great food and beverage choices. Their chicken seemed very fresh and they have great grilled chicken options. Lots of unique drafts on tap. Lots of televisions for the sports fan.
The atmosphere its always bunch of students very friendly.Staff its very happy people.Food its excellent and tasty. Will return soon.
Great food well priced and always very lively there is a indoor and covered terraced area you may have to wait for a table but it’s worth the wait Great drinks verity
We go here a lot because there’s stuff on the menu the kids like and we are usually lured in with $5 Zinger night (regularly $10). If you sign up for their rewards program you get to try a plate for free. The prices are...reasonable, the service is great, food comes out quickly, and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately, the food is just average. The only thing on the menu I really like is the Zingers chicken tenders or bone-in wings. I’m also fond of some of the sharing foods: flatbread, nachos, loaded fries, potstickers, and Captain Jack’s Buried Treasure. The prime rib was probably the worst I had had anywhere, the steak was near the bottom of my list, and the shrimp alfredo was also very unpleasant. Cocktails are also very weak. Each day there's a different meal special which is listed on their website. There is a full bar with seating and it's separate from the dining room. There's also an outdoor seating area. This is a chain restaurant. This particular location in Waterford is better than the other locations we’ve tried.More

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Our server Jess was great and service was fast and friendly. Portions were large and food served piping hot. Lots of specials. I always seem to go for the zingers.
We needed a place to seat 11 on a busy Friday evening- and the Ale house came through. Parking was tight but we found a place. Hostess put together a nice table on the patio where we could talk and hear each other. Food was...plentiful and good. Even offered a military discount.More
