I was dissatisfied and when I mentioned to the waiter he said" it is a popular dish here" really poor customer service. He did not apologize or offered something else. When my husband got the billed, after eating a tasteless... More

The staff was great. At the back of the location is a spacious parking. The food was amazingly fresh, well presented and delicious.

I loved their food and attention, first rate, but how can a peruvian restaurant not serve pisco sour?

The ceviche app was extremely filling -- could have been an entree. And the rotisserie chicken was good and priced right. Sauces were run of the mill as was the service. I would eat there again.

This place is now called Merkado 31, it used to be Cholos and the owners are the same. It has been renovated and looks ok, better than before, but still nothing awesome... There is parking in the rear of the place and entering through the back you have to be careful as the floor is slippery... Food is quite nice,... More

This is the old cholos but with a new name. Food is simply great. Don't forget to ask for a suspiro limeño for dessert.

Restaurant is changing its name to Merkado 31 and it's the same food which I'm happy about. The Ceviche Classico is a must and is so delicious!

W went for dinnes. We try papa a la huaicaina, ceviche and grilled octopus. All were very good but ceviche was extraordinary. For desert we had tiramisu de lucuma, it is a must. Incredible. Service was very good and the place is very nice and modern. I will be back for lunch.
