Great meal! Great happy hour with 2-for-1 pricing. Small and busy. Bread and olive oil. Locals and tourists both fill this place up fast. Not pricey, but delicious. Had salads that were large and delicious.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who visits New Smyrna often. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very ordinary red sauce Italian restaurant. I asked for a very light amount of sauce on my pasta, but it was drowned, and the pasta was overcooked. Lasagna was not on the menu the night we were there. Service was friendly,... More

Went there with another couple and had the Chicken Florentine. Chicken was good but it was served over pasta (mush)that was WAY overdone (soupy) and the sauce was a congealed icky mess- definitely not the buttery lemon sauce as described. To be fair others in our party enjoyed the lasagna. Another negative - no salad comes with the entrees. If... More

This is a small restaurant on Flagler run by the owner, who is also the chef. She does a great job of greeting guests in the front and making sure the cooks are doing what they need to do in the back. Her homemade lasagna, with crepes instead of traditional noodles, is a big favorite, even for this most-of-the-time vegetarian.... More

A small quaint restaurant with a staff that was friendly AND accommodating on a VERY busy Friday night! The Lasagna was memorable! ( they don't have every night) I wish we lived closer, we would be regulars.

As an Italian American who has traveled to Italy 15 times in the past 20 years I know Italian food. If you want the "real deal" eat here. All the other Italian places in town are simply American "sloppy" food compared to Atlantic Bistro. The servers are fabulous and the Owner "gets it". As a former New Yorker who ate... More

Stopped in on a recent Saturday night after the initial dinner rush and got a table right away. Started with a Large Caesar (it's LARGE!) which was unfortunately just ok. I think the dressing was kind of bland and could have used a little more garlic/spice/flavor. The bread and dipping oil with pesto are both fantastic! Had a beautiful bowl... More

What a beautiful little restaurant in a quaint town. Great atmosphere and fantastic food. The lasagna was made with crepes instead of pasta-wow. The salmon in a pastry puff was great. The BEST was the homemade tiramisu. The owner/chef even makes the cake (usually store bought) in the tiramisu. It was the best I ever had. This restaurant is a... More

The seafood items always please. Most often you must consider the summer crowd and weekend evenings year round.

Nice cute little place, fills up fast, so come early. We both got the lasagna, after much deliberation, everything sounded wonderful! It was the best lasagna we've ever had! Waitress said it was made with crepes, not pasta, and that people come from all over to get it. That's what helped us make our decision. It is a feature, so... More

Description
We have passed this place on the corner for several years and never got the chance to stop in. This time we got the opportunity to stop in for an afternoon appetizers and some wine.

For an appetizer we had an item that is really an entre, Mussels Lemonade. Might sound like a little much but we always have a hard time passing up mussels. The description reads "Sauteed with a lot of Garlic, Oregano, White Wine and Lemon Sauce - Served over Toasted Bread" These were some of the best mussels we have ever had the pleasure of consuming. The mussels were large green mussels and were very tender and sweet. The garlic, lemon butter sauce was a scrumptious delight with the garlic and butter coating your tongue and the lemon waking up your taste buds all at once. The sauce was so good we asked for extra bread to soak it up.

The waitress told us about their lasagna stating it was made with crepes instead of the traditional lasagna noodles. She stated many customers came in just for it. We decided right then and there to do a little more shopping and come back later for dinner.

When we arrived the waitress greeted us like we were old friends and gave us a choice seat by the window. The lasagna came and we could not believe the size of it. So pretty with the cheese melted to a golden brown on top it was almost too pretty to eat. But we did. There are times in one's culinary life where you taste something and you instantly know it is the best you have ever had. This was one of those times. The cheese, the tomato sauce, the seasonings, the meat were as good as it gets, but the crepes were the difference maker. Light, fluffy and tender with a light egg flavor made this lasagna the best we have ever had. We took the leftovers home and had for lunch the next day. Truly a culinary extravaganza.

The Atlantis Bistro has an excellent selection of wine and beer with a 2 for 1 Happy Hour every day from 4 - 6:30. Closed on Monday. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday - Saturday and dinner on Sunday.

We highly recommend the Atlantis Bistro.
