I have been to Emerald on several occasions. The service is always one of the best in the area. They have great happy hour specials. The food is amazing! They have one on the best calamari in the area, the house sauce they serve with it is one of a kind. Will be back again for sure.

Great local find. So glad we stopped. New owners so not many reviews, but the food was good, generously sized portions and our server Joel was perfect. He totally made the meal complete. We had mussels and stuffed grouper. Loved the hot rolls with strawberry butter too. Nice setting and an enclosed patio with heaters were nice. Highly recommend.

Me and my family have been a few times, we always go to the bar on the back deck. Awesome views, often have live music, good selection of beers. Miss the bar menu they had when they first opened but we grab an appetizer or two, a few beverages, and always have a good time! Staff at the bar are super nice!

We wanted to try as they are under new ownership. The food was mostly poor, especially the steaks. One person had the ribeye and I had the NY strip, both were mushy. I assume they were frozen and sat in hot water to thaw. One other person had a fish entree with a crust. She said the crusted topping was good but the fish itself was poor quality. The drinks were very slow to come to the table (about 15 - 20 minutes after ordering) and they were out of a couple key ingredients so not all drinks were available. Lastly, our waiter seemed oddly sarcastic for no apparent reason. For example, right after he introduced himself and asked if we wanted drinks, my 23 year old son ordered a mixed drink (and had his ID in hand). The waiter said, "and you turned 20 when?" We tried to pass that off as an odd attempt at humor but there were several, just odd, comments throughout the evening. It made it uncomfortable as I didn't want to ruin our evening by confronting a server but I certainly didn't want to sit there and be casually insulted throughout the night.
To be fair, both my dinner companions enjoyed the oysters as an appetizer.

5 couples went for lunch. The service was great and the food was even better. From burgers to salad to flounder, the food was fresh and delicious. Servings were ample. We will definitely go again! Even the price was right!
