Nice place, good food, awesome and extremely fresh salad bar! Great place for small groups or gatherings of two to six or so. A large group of us went (about 18] and it was too hard to sit together, talk and hear one another. However, the menu , atmosphere, and the servers were excellent! My New York Strip steak wasn’t the best but I should’ve ordered seafood or ribs and leave getting steak at a steakhouse instead. My bad I guess. Worth checking out.

We went early and got seated right away, but filled up quickly during the week. We went for the prime rib and one of us went for shrimp. The Darla is a big piece of meat and was good and prepared as requested. A little of them was not as tender but overall good. Shrimp was great. Great salad bar and very good service. Wish I remembered the server’s name because she was great. Enjoy the eclectic surroundings and much to see and converse about. Try it out

Had lunch and it was fantastic! Ordered the Tuna Melt which was one of the best tuna melts I’ve ever had. Great flavor, generous on the tuna. I added on an order of French fries which were nice and hot and I appreciated no-salt on the fries. Service was fantastic and from what I could see all the staff work as a team. Had I known they had a Salad bar I would have added it on to my meal. But I did not see it anywhere on the Lunch menu? Even their napkins are awesome. Thank you Spanky’s! I’ll be back.

We were a party of six. The dining room was not busy at all (3:00 P.M.) 5 people ordered the prime rib lunch special. 1 ordered chicken fingers and it was delicious. The 5 prime ribs arrived and they were ice cold. An order of french fries totally cold. Everything was cold. Manager was called and she couldn't believe her eyes. Took them back to the kitchen and reheated them and the sides that came with the special. She mentioned they sold 80 prime ribs special. Won't be returning.

A friend and I decided to go to Spanky’s Speakeasy for dinner. Our meal came and when I begin to eat my meal, I had a piece of long dark hair in my mouth. I notified our server, Renee, and showed the hair to her and she took it to the kitchen. At that point, I wasn’t sure if it was the prime rib or the potato. When I took another bite out of the potato, ANOTHER hair was there. I again, showed Renee and she took that piece to the kitchen and said the manager, Teddy Monty, would be over. He finally came over and said there are only bald people working in the kitchen. I said, well obviously, it’s not from me and what will you do about it? He said “I’m not playing that game!” I was shocked as that is not who I am. He was rude, disrespectful, and certainly not into customer satisfaction. Our server was so apologetic and when the bill came, she said that she didn’t charge us. Obviously, it wasn’t her fault and my friend and I gave her a BIG tip. Just be aware of the loaded baked potato. I do not plan to go there again!

We went for dinner tonight to Spanky’s. It has been a favorite of ours. We brought our family and some of us had the Early Bird Special. The Prime Rib was just as great as it has always been. The prices have gone up unfortunately. However, that is not unusual for nowadays! The one of the problems I had was the tiny serving of ribs that were about the size of a hamburger… maybe 4 ribs at best. There isn’t much meat on ribs either so there were two of us in our party that really did not have enough to eat! The restaurant has changed hands and that might be a result of that. Otherwise, it is a cute place with lots of memorabilia. And the service was very good.

We were not aware they offered an Early Bird menu at this charming restaurant. It was amazing! My husband had the Baby Back Ribs. I had the Prime Ribs. The servings were generous and the price was great. But, best of all, the food was well prepared and delicious!
The decor certainly is interesting with all sorts of memorabilia. Al of the staff members were efficient and helpful. We really enjoyed our dinner in every way!

Spankys has been around forever and one of my favorite restaurants in Naples. A decent menu for Lunch & Dinner and the salad bar is delicious. One of my favorite dinners is the Chicken Parmigiana. Tonight I ordered it, but only ate 1/4 of my dinner because I was already full from the salad bar plus a cup of soup. I asked the waitress for a box and the check. She took my dinner away and said she’d be right back (assuming she was going to wrap up my leftovers). She comes back with the check but no leftovers. She threw them out!! I had 75% food left on my plate. Needless to say I’m feeling a little let down.

The decor is a fun look and remanence. The food price is a nice surprise for this area. I enjoyed an early bird special menu, I recommend getting there before “5” for this special. The service was good and I enjoyed the experience.

I loved the eclectic atmosphere! I enjoyed Spanky and the gang on tv as well as in restaurant form in this longtime local/tourist favorite. I had a difficult time making a lunch choice but finally went for the soup and salad bar. The soup was homemade New England clam chowder. Delicious! They offer an amazing crunchy bread stick and homemade salad dressings. The server was friendly and attentive. The place was full! (Aka: Popular) I have my eye on the patty melt, short ribs, Reuben, and New York Strip sandwich if I am ever lucky enough to return.

We were greeted a super nice hostess. We arrived 3:30pm,they weren’t to busy. A friendly waitress greeted us to take our order. The best Patty Melt I’ve Ever had Hands Down! Service was awesome as well !
The only complaint I have was, the salad bar was 2 steps up and not really Handicap Accessible for me personally. I would have liked to have been able to take advantage of the salad bar, but, I don’t do steps.
If you go…try their Patty Melt!!!

Wanted to like it, atmosphere fun, food not good. Onions rings were from a bag, not fresh, more like onion skin than rings, batter terrible. Hamburger was average at bet, again most likely frozen from Gordon foods. Tuna melt blah. Pickles were a lousy the only thing fresh sad to say.

I ordered one of the specials -- the Grouper. Very disappointed. Probably one of the worst seafood meals I have had. If the chef (cook) doesn't know how to cook seafood, the restaurant shouldn't have it on its menu.

Food was good, except the mozzarella sticks which were tasteless. Salad bar, Fish and chicken were really good.
The air conditioning is not very strong which makes the place rather hot and uncomfortable.
Service is inconsistent, we went twice and had a great service the first time but the second time was not friendly, not attentive despite the fact it was not busy.
Rating it a 4 for the nice food !

Very pleasantly surprised. I’m not generally a fan of what seems to be an older diner type place. It looks sketchy from the outside. I was not real excited to go especially when I heard they had a salad bar. (Salad bars gross me out even before covid) but… I loved it. The Salad bar was very fresh and clean and had good choices. Then, I ordered the prime rib and it was delicious( actually, I’m usually very picky about Prime Rib and my husband warned me that I might be disappointed) but it was super rare like I like it and very tender. Our server was attentive and friendly. Prices are great. And fun decor if you like historical memorabilia.
