We went there for a quick lunch. The food was absolutely delicious- fresh and lots to choose from. It is not always easy to eat out when you want gluten-free/dairy free food but there were so many choices and the menu was labeled so clearly. We ended up order it in another night because we loved it so much!

Carrot express is the best healthy place to eat in Miami Beach. It's in a subtle location and has the best homemade carrot cake. Life changing cilantro sauce

I live and work in Miami Beach, and struggle to find places that are healthy and just plain good for lunch. With a few exceptions, most place on lincoln road have to hire a "barker" to convince you to try their overpriced and bad cuisine. Carrot Express is off Alton in a little shopping center, and thankfully a friend of... More

As a local, Carrot Express is a go-to place for healthy, filling food. The actual restaurant is small and pretty basic, but I don't care because the food is so good. If any tourists are reading this, I probably wouldn't suggest making a trip to Carrot Express, but if you're stuck in your hotel or chilling at the beach, this... More

I was here July 22, 16. It was great tasting food. It was fresh, simple clean ingredients in the wraps yet surprisingly full of flavor. We will definitely be back.

Nice little place hidden in the small shopping center in the corner of Alton and Collins Canal (Dade Blvd.)... Teeka Salad made of Kale, sunflower sprouts, quinoa, avocado, grape tomato, alfalfa, bean sprouts, carrots and cucumber... I added a side of Tofu and Cilantro dressing... how abut that for healthy?....

Awesome, healthy food at a very hidden location. Not something you will just pass by, you need to know about it. The Ahi Tuna is high class.
