Always looking for a good local Seafood restaurant, found one that is not a corporate type. Very good small town feeling place, friendly staff and great food. Dine in or carry out. Looking forward to my next visit there. Very much enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful family operated business and the customer service is truly southern hospitality. I have frequented this establishment for the past 5 years a couple times a month if not a couple times a week. I have enjoyed every fresh seafood meal I’ve...ever ordered, from the gumbo to the crab. The price is fair and as we all know we pay for what we want. I love sitting at the picnic tables and reading while waiting on my food! Nice place to get some good seafood!More
Best crabs in Melbourne. My husband and I are from New Orleans so we are picky about our crabs. We had dungeoness dinner with a side of blue crabs and crab rice and we were very impressed. Lots of potatoes, corn and sausage to dunk...in the garlicky butter. We ate at the picnic tables outside with our dog under the table. What a great meal!More
The service was pleasant, everything else about the experience was unpleasant. We were very disappointed. We will not be going back.
This is a small family run establishment that makes fantastic fresh seafood! Visiting family and came here once a year ago and remembered how good it was and decided to return. We had a dozen oysters from apalachicola, crabcakes, dungeness crab boil and all of...it was outstanding. The oysters were plump and briny, the crabcakes were the best any of us had ever eaten, so much crab meat!. The crab boil was loaded with crab and potatoes, corn sausage and a garlicy butter sauce, just wonderful! I thought the prices were very reasonable for the freshness of the fish and portion sizes. The staff are the family members and you can tell they not only know what they are doing, they love what they do! Great food, great service!More
We love blue crabs and finally found some at the Coastal Crab Company...$60/dozen! Although they were delicious, what a shocker sticker price! Next time we’ll certainly do research to not break the bank for crabs.
If you're looking for Blue Claws, there isn't a better place in all of Brevard county than Coastal Crab. Bruce and company do a fantastic job in every aspect. I've only had their crabs, but looking at the plates that others have had, the other...stuff looks pretty good as well. Can't say enough about this hidden gem.More
I've written several reviews on this eatery and will write several more. I've vowed to visit once a month while here in Fl. Bruce, the owner, is charming and a good cook. But this time, John's Garlic and Butter Maryland Blue Crabs sent me to...my nirvana. If I could present the James Beard Award, John would not have any competition. If you're in the area and don't visit, you just don't care about seafood.More
We love to find local, small places to eat wherever we travel and this place is a gem! Don’t be fooled by its looks - the food is absolutely amazing and the people are as friendly and kind as it gets! They also sell raw...seafood for you to cook yourself but we sat down and enjoyed several things off their menu. The gumbo is OUT OF THIS WORLD! We also had crabcakes, scallops and my husband had their blue crab low country boil bucket. Worth every penny and very reasonable!More
I LOVE to find fabuluous local Mom and Pop dining places whenever I travel, and this one is right in my own community where I have lived since 1962! Owner Bruce truly loves what he creates in his kitchen and taking care of his customers....My freshly made Blue Crab Cake was outstanding and I am anxious to try their Shrimp and Grits and a Maine Lobster boil with Blue crab too!More
