Family Breakfast

My husband and I made it our business to get back to this fabulous breakfast spot and share it with our children in for the holiday. We all ordered something different and every plate was cleaned. The omelettes are delicious, the pancakes were perfect and the service is professional and friendly. We'll be back.

Great food and service

Went in for breakfast today. Had the waffle special. Two eggs and two strips of bacon. Wished they had fresh fruit for the waffles but still very good. Friend had the same except he had the French Toast. We both can’t wait to go back and try other menu items. Thanks for a great breakfast. See you next time.

A great experience! Joan our waitress was fantastic! Felt like a home-cooked meal. The breakfast was great, and the prices were great too. Perfect diner for breakfast and/or lunch. I will be going back for sure!

Great quality diner

Always on the lookout for a good diner and while many claim to be - including way too many chains - few succeed. Toasted hasn't been open that long but it's a great quality family-run diner with cheerful staff, delicious split pea soup and chicken salad sandwich. As a first-timer, was heart-warming to see numerous locals walk in over the lunch time each to be welcomed with a smile and friendly word. Places like this absolutely deserve your support.

Love this place.

Always very good. But, their Western Omellet is the best I've ever had. Went back two weeks in a row for it. Always great service, very nice people. They expanded the place and that usually is the kiss of death for a small family restaurant but it wasn't, they need the space. I've only had breakfast here, one of my son's loves the place for lunch.

Wonderful place for breakfast.

Our neighbors have been raving about this place, finally got there...They were right...outstanding breakfast. Hubby said it was the best hash he has ever had. My food was cooked properly and came out hot,..I love that..we will return.

Comfort Food

Our breakfast was fantastic. I had eggs, pancakes and delicious turkey sausage patties. My husband had a hearty veggie omelette with home fries and feta cheese (added). The food was served hot and the newish waitress was very attentive. The place was clean and comfortable, it's small but cozy. We will return with friends and family.

Finally!

We keep driving by Toasted Cafe but never managed to stop. We are really happy that we stopped today for lunch! My husband and I decided to eat on our way home from my physical therapy. Our waitress saw me hobbling in and had us sit at a table right by the door. She even offered to get me a chair to put up my leg. After a really painful pt session, her kindness was most appreciated! The food was great! The beef barley soup was delicious. My patty melt was yummy...lots of grilled onions and melted cheese. My husband had a gyro that was really good too. They serve big steak fries that are hot and crispy. The pickle was nice and crunchy and the cole slaw was really good. This was a delicious lunch in a nice diner atmosphere! Can't wait to go back for breakfast!

The small american style diner owned by a greek family bring the prase “There’s no place like home“ to another level ....trust me when i tell you the Special are always SPECIAL 😊. You must try this place if you’re ever in the area, special thanks to the chef Panagioti, and Mr. Niko and Mrs. Zula for treating every customer like family .

The food is not expensive and very good. The service is fast and also very good. The only thing I did not like is the name of the restaurant. There is no such thing as "toasted café." Just kidding, but it is true. Coffee is not toasted. The food is mostly American, although there a couple of dishes for lunch or dinner which are Greek. I would recommend this restaurant. It is a medium, almost large restaurant. It has booths, also tables and chairs, and it is comfortable.

A nice local breakfast place. Opens at 6 am - 3 pm Sunday thru Saturday.. closed Thanksgiving Day. American cuisine, weekend specials, family owned. Locals love it, tourists are finding it.

Hello everyone ! It has been a bit since my last review. I've been to sooooo MANY places and just seemed to lose my writing Mojo a bit. I can no longer remain silent and now I MUST continue on about this perfect place. They are officially my favorite diner slash cafe and they continue to inspire me. Over the past year and a half or so, Lovey and I have become some of their most regular customers I think (EVERY Saturday morning). We never want to miss the chance to come here and see the staff or the chance to come here and feel the cheerful warmth that we are ALWAYS greeted with. We certainly don't want to miss the opportunity to be so well fed with great food and coffee that now waits for us on the table before we even get in from the parking lot (they always see us coming through the glass that makes up the entire front wall). These are the very things that enable lovey and I to get out of bed early on Saturdays. We look forward to it and it has become a highlight of our day. Frequently when a diner or restaurant expands, the service or quality can temporarily or even permanently suffer as the adjustments are made. Well, I can tell you this is not the case at the Toasted Cafe. They recently expanded into the square footage adjacent to them, added more tables and more people to serve. Everything is just as wonderful, fresh, and well cooked as EVER :) Not to mention, I tried the lunch menu today for the first time. Lovey and I were able to sleep in this Saturday for the first time in like forever so we got a late start. I don't regret it either. Lovey said his open steak sandwich was JUST RIGHT. It was tender, flavored (no steak sauce required) and perfectly proportioned. The big steak fries were so perfectly done they were crisp yet soft and moist on the inside....just the perfection I have come to expect from my friends at Toasted Cafe. If you have not been there, you have not experienced a great and friendly, family style diner yet. They didn't even raise any prices to help offset the expansion costs!! When you go, please treat the WONDERFUL staff and Christine and Nikko with all due respect. Much respect my friends, Well done. Hard Annie out.
