I went because I’m looking for Mexican food and I was told this place is great. Wrong ok, but not great. Chips were oily and the sauce had no heat to it. Very bland and the Salsa was like tomato sauce with onions and cilantro....I like my Mexican food hot and full of flavor. Maybe the Fajitas are good or the one of the other dishes.More

We stopped here for lunch and had the Guadalajara enchiladas which had a delicious Mole sauce: great taste with just the right kick!

Do not let the location fool you. This is hands down the best AUTHENTIC MEXICAN restaurant in the area. You have to stop in. If you have spent any time in real mexico, then this is the place for you. Do not come here looking...for texmex or American Mexican. This is authentic. They serve their tacos the authentic way (onion radish and cilantro). I ordered the Chilaquiles and it was just like the one I have at Chilaquiles in Guadalajra. The chorizo had the perfect spice and not a lot of grease. The Roja sauce was very good. I will try the Verde next time. Chicken tamale was one of the best I have had. Salsa and chips are also spot on. Finished off the meal with flan. It was good. Service was very attentive and food came out piping hot.More

Typical Mexican food and flavors with average prices for a dive. I got it togo and unfortunately, it wasn't very hot when received-the cheese dip was already congealed and getting heard in a mangled box. And this was once I got into the car! Very...nice. It was fine, just needed a utensil to eat it. The chips were good and they gave one for each dip. Guac was good, but not any better than average. Small portion, but a lower price. The weird thing was the whole slice of tomato (the butt that you throw away) in the middle to fill it up and make it look like there's more in the container. An unappreciated trick of deception. Now, many Mexican restaurants give chips and salsa for all orders. They did not. Which is fine, but there wasn't an option on the menu for it. Not very smart of them if you ask me. They also had some issues with my order, so one would think they would throw in something for the long wait time. Eh, whatever. The barbacoa tacos were okay. On a scale of 1-flavortown, they were about a 5/6. I wished they had a sauce/salsa to put on them. A lot of places have a salsa verde or provide options if you want a little kick to your tacos. Mine needed it to help the lack of flavor. It not a bad restaurant by any means, but with all of the Mexican restaurants in the area, I don't think I'd return so soon.More

We were looking for an authentic mexican restaurant and found this one online. We were very hesitant about going in once we pulled up. We were very glad we decided to give it a try. The food was fantastic and authentic. There appeared to be...many locals in there and as they say; "eat where the locals eat" when on vacation. The service was a little slow and the food did not come out on a hot plate as is the case in many mexican establishments but it was very good.More

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Period. Salsa was outstanding, the enchiladas rancheras were incredible. Coming back for sure!
