I was told by a friend to visit Kaieteur for the great food .It was a Sunday around 1 pm, myself and a friend drove through 441 which becomes Main Street. In a little shopping plaza on our right,we saw the name Kaieteur. With lots of parking spaces,we parked our vehicle and headed straight to the restaurant. At the counter... More

They are friendly and welcoming and the food might take a little while to prepare but it is always fresh and tasty. Great value as the portion sizes are big. Yes there are other restaurant around but none will compare to this. I read a few of the reviews and I am a regular at this restaurant and I have... More

Kaieteur is nothing special. The food is good. The service is alright and the decor is very basic. I felt the prices were slightly high; however, I don't know the area.

I cannot understand why anyone would ever eat at this restaurant. Several times I have eaten here and the food was only average at best. Today the food was just below average and the plate of vegetables with spicy chicken was supposedly a signature dish for the restaurant and it just had a flavor like leftover, stale sauce on veggies... This is easily the best Carribean restaurant in Orlando and possibly FL. I travel a lot , eat out a lot , sampling different dishes from different countries so when I say its good you better believe me. Their jerk chicken fried rice is heaven sent and their curries are equally good. I drive nearly 30 miles each time I... More

Food is by far the best i've had since visiting many west indian cuisine restaurants. The staff is very friendly and caring, making sure you get exactly what you want. Also, they have all Cricket Matches!

I've had West Indian food from New York’s "Nest" to Toronto "Drupati’s" and I have to say that Kaieteur is ranked up there with the rest.... I would definitely recommend this place.
