It was great the atmosphere was good the staff was a little slow but the food was what made the whole thing.... But wait you have to try the desert I'm a local from Florida and I must say the... My hubby and I both had one of the night's specials: sushi grade salmon glazed with soy and honey and cooked to perfection over an open flame. Melted in our mouths! Salads and veggies were fresh and yummy. Don't miss Ma's!!

We stopped by after reading reviews about the key lime pie but we highly recommend a stop for a delicious meal with friendly service as well. The dinner salads and dressings were excellent. The Baja chicken was a good size portion grilled and served with fresh avocado, onion and cilantro. Delicious and healthy! The shrimp and cheese grits were the... More

We came back THREE different times just for PIE! First, the Key Lime Pie, in my opinion, is the #1 in all the Keys. A close second is at Blue Heaven in Key West. But Ma's has the giant mountain of merangue on top, and the lime is perfection. BUT....wait.....they also have HUMMINGBIRD CAKE---oh my...light, indescribably delicious with that fabulous... More

Based on TA reviews we stopped here for lunch on our way to a few days' stay on Long Key. Nice people, good service, great food. I ordered the fish tacos - 3 tacos filled with either fried or grilled mahi-mahi, lettuce, tomatoes and fresh-grated cheese in a taco. They tasted REALLY fresh and I snarfed them all down. Hubby... We stopped at Ma's Fish Camp for lunch on the way out of the keys. Fish tacos were great with large perfectly cooked bites of fish. I was a bit nervous when my son ordered a burger from the kiddie menu. I expected a processed frozen nondescript commercial patty. Instead he was served a hand-made thick burger that was freshly... No joke!! We are staying at the Cheeca Lodge and.Came upon this place which is a 5 minute walk from the resort....The food is all homemade including all the pies and desserts... We will DEFINATELY be going back before we leave. Our waitress was absolutely amazing...... You have to go and check it out....

Small, fairly noisy, very busy restaurant with outstanding food. Had the chef prepare fish we caught that day ($16 per person) with sides, vegetables which were great - green beans and a mix of zucchini, onions, mushrooms. Conch chowder very good, cracked conch just average - no flavor. Chef chose fish preparation of snapper which was done 2 different ways;... More

Description
Our restaurant atmosphere is warm and friendly. Our food is prepared delightfully light, healthy and flavorful. Our seafood is grilled with lovely toppings - and if you desire fried, we fry in rice oil for good health. We do have delicious, made in house desserts including our Awarding winning traditional Key Lime Pie, German Chocolate Cake and locals favorite Hummingbird Cake. MA's also has a desirable Wine and Beer menu.
