Celebrating with friends we found a unique restaurant in Fort Myers. There were 8 of us and not a single morsel of food was left behind. The chicken Parmesan was out of this world. Everything was great, salads, entrees, dessert, wine, all great.

Have been here for lunch six/seven times and for dinner once. Food and service is excellent. Chicken parmesan (which is not my favorite dish) is outstanding. Meatballs are also wonderful. Everything we've had we have loved. Nice wine list. Prices are reasonable. Owner chef Josef is quite charming. As we "usually" are the last to leave after lunch we get... More

A friend and I found Sasse's on Yelp. The first impression upon walking in is this place is lovely and has some tablecloths making it feel 'finer'. The chef worked behind the half wall of the bistro style and cheerfully greeted us. The menu was really quite limited but we were allowed to share our dish with no extra charge... More

The owners have taken a strip mall type of property and turned it into an upscale, popular restaurant. This has been done with fabulous food and a very comfortable indoor atmosphere. I had salmon that was expertly prepared over a bed of risotto. We had a late night dinner and our waitress had had a long day, but she managed... More

We found Sasse's via Siri and couldn't agree more with the recommendation. Reservations are required for dinner, but a cancellation got us a table. The owner/chef provides a limited menu of excellent dishes. There is a variety of choices to meet most people's tastes. Two of us ate for about $50 including the tip. Service was prompt and our waitress,... More

Have no reservations about your reservation...we brought our fine-dining friends from Chicagoland there last night and were so surprised at the limited but classy menu, the decor and the wine list. The open kitchen hides no secrets; the chef/owner actually greets regulars by name and says good-bye to all when leaving.(More on the deep pockets needed to be a regular,... More

I went to Sasse's with a 630p reservation. We were very pleasantly greeted and seated. The server was delightful. I had the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. It was wonderful. This restaurant is for dining not just eating out. Be prepared to take your time and enjoy the entire experience.

We saw reviews that said it was good so we had to try. New to the area and it was fabulous. Tried a new wine and loved it. Everything was fresh and so tasty. We all tried something different. The lamb shank was so tender, chicken parm very tasty and pork tenderloin was excellent. Save room for dessert, plum strudel... More

We visited here New Year's Eve. We had Brandied Main Lobster Bisque With Fennel Foam and Tuscan Pear and Gorgonzola Salad With Champagne Vinaigrette for appetizers and both were excellent. I was very impressed with the Lobster Bisque in taste and texture. And, the fact that there was no doubt that it was lobster-based. For entrees we had Grilled Berkshire... More
