If you want great German food this is the place. If you want good service go someplace else. Our waiter was very pleasant but overwhelmed. He was the only one serving the whole restaurant until someone else joined in to help. From the time we were seated until we got our food an hour and fifteen minutes passed. When we... More

We dined here before our flight out of Fort Myers, after hearing great things from the locals. If you want authentic Austrian/German fare, in a low-key setting with outdoor seating, you've found the place. In addition to the delicious food, the German beers offered will certainly quench your thirst. The potato pancake appetizer was fantastic, as was the homemade bread!... More

Was at Flugplaz Hahn 1963 - 66 as a kid and returned on USAF active duty 1975 - 78. The atmosphere, food, wine, and wonderful staff (even the chef said hello) reminded me of the food we tried while in Germany. Worth the time and price. If you have never tried authentic German or Austrian food try it and enjoy.

This was the second restaurant we visited that was tucked away in a shopping center and we were once again awarded with great food. Since my mother was Austrian it takes a lot to impress me, but this place did. The schnitzel was great as were the sides. The waiter and chef were both from Austria, so I guess they... More

While this restaurant is a little hard to find, it is well worth the trip. It is tucked away in the back of a outdoor shopping center and has both outdoor and indoor seating. I had the Saurerbraten which was tender, came with perfectly prepared spatzle and red cabbage and in a sauce that cut the slight acidity of the... More

Food was delicious and there was a LOT of it! Service was good and quick. It was cold on the night we went so had to sit inside. Since they pound the heck out of the meat before cooking, it did get a bit noisy but was worth it. There's outside seating which is where we'll try to sit next... More

Forty ladies went here for dinner before a play. We took over almost all of the interior of the restaurant. Our server Andre was on top of things and took our order early so we got our food pretty quickly. There was another server at some of the other tables. The meatball soup is very tasty and the meatball is... More

Wonderful Jaeger schnitzel and apple strudel. The best I've ever had. Great service but a little slow.

Visited for lunch on February 15 with two other German friends. We got promptly seated and waiter took our beverage order. After that we took our time to study the menu and then we ordered. Soup comes with the lunch and it was meat dumpling soup, which contained a good sized dumpling made out of very finely chopped meat in... More

Total chaos in serving tables; owner is chef and very pleasant He ended up serving our meal because no one was assigned to our table. Food is very good, plentiful and reasonable He saw the exasperated look on our faces and ended up taking care of us after waiting 20 minutes without any server acknowledging our presence. Took another 50... More
