We hadn't been back to the boatyard in years. They have done a lot of wonderful renovations and the place looks wonderful! We were able to get seating outside and the views are beautiful. The food, cooked well and very tasty. This review would easily...More

Food was very good. Ambiance was great (except for 1 table of obnoxious guys drinking). A little pricey, but great for a special occasion if you sit outside by the water. Kind of loud indoors. Bimini bread, shrimp cocktail and filet mignon are top notch....More

Had dinner here with my son and we both got food poisoning. Called management to inform them and was promised a call back - never called. Spent the rest of the night throwing up. Obviously, we will never eat here again.

Ate lunch here last Saturday and the food was phenomenal. We ordered oysters on the half shell along with the Brussels sprouts (which were SO yummy). I know that combination doesn’t sound too appetizing but we couldn’t pass their unique take on the sprouts so...More

I attended a birthday party for over 50 guests last evening and the event was just wonderful. The venue was nicely decorated and in a private room away from the bustling of a Saturday night. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a private party or event...More

After reading some of the great reviews we had high expectations, and to be fair, the food was good. However for all the hype, it was just too expensive! $30 and up for a bottle of local red is taking the Mick, but even a...More

We’ve come here many times over the years when we visit FTL. And they never disappoint! We had grouper sandwiches for lunch & they were fantastic. Great buns, moist fish - yum!

Description
With its prime location in the epicenter of the Yachting Capital of the world, Boatyard is Fort Lauderdale’s premier new waterfront dining destination. Conceptualized and brought to life by The Restaurant People (TRP) as part of a joint venture with Hudson Capital Group (HCG), the reinvented Boatyard offers an upscale, nautical-chic vibe in a sophisticated, laidback atmosphere that embraces the pulse of the city’s yachting culture and where marina views abound. With an ‘Eat Local, Be Coastal’ philosophy, Boatyard’s eclectic, seafood-centric menu blends the freshest daily catches from local fisherman with the highest-quality raw bar and shellfish selections and premium cuts of meat, all thoughtfully prepared with locally sourced ingredients for patrons to enjoy inside, outside or dockside. Boatyard’s 80-seat dockside patio lounge provides a prime view of the scenic Intracoastal and the perfect setting to grab a bite or drinks in the company of friends while enjoying an afternoon or evening watching the boats cruise by. Add to that an open kitchen, expansive raw bar cart, private event space for up to 200, and 120 feet of dockage for patrons who prefer to dock-and-dine, and the ultimate waterside dining experience is complete. Whether you’re joining us for cocktails or happy hour, a celebratory meal, business lunch or leisurely brunch, our team looks forward to welcoming you. Boatyard is open seven days a week, serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. DJ at 7 - 11pm Wed, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Sunday Dj with Live Musicians (Saxophone, Violin, Trumpet) 12pm-4pm
