My son and I had dinner here tonight. Excellent experience. We had grilled scallops and sword fish entrées. Both were extremely good. We drink grapefruit smash which was excellent. Would definitely go back enthusiastically

I admit, we only had drinks. The server was so surly and unwelcoming that we left enough money on the table and left before she even came back to take our order. The place looks nice however. And the drink I had was good.

Living in Fort Lauderdale, this is one of my go to brunch spots especially when I have visitors from out of town. The breakfast pizza is delicious (and enough for 2 to share). Unlimited mimosas are also a plus. Food, atmosphere, and service are great.
We were staying at the Riverside Hotel and the staff recommend the Big City Tavern. The food and service was very good and I would recommend this establishment to anyone that likes a few adult beverages and good bar food.
