Returned for the good food. We were not disappointed. Prickly pear margaritas were on point. I decided on trio of appetizers - venison, pork and scallops - which were all beautifully presented and full of flavour. Dessert was decadent, a white chocolate bread pudding suggested...More

Had a great meal here. Great friendly service. Terrific ambience. Try the white chocolate bread and butter dessert served in a berry compote. Big enough for 2!! Yum!!

Nice cozy place, great atmosphere, we arrived at 5:30 and the bar was full not 10 minutes later...on a Sunday evening so they obviously have a good rep. Prickly Pear Margarita was perfect. They have great "small plates" which are not actually very small. The...More

We came in at 5:34, four minutes after the restaurant opened and the bar was full already. We were sat at a table and ordered an array of apps to share, and all were fantastic. Lobster mac and cheese, beef tenderloin tacos, salmon...etc. All were...More

A local suggested Canyon to us on a recent stay in April 2017. It did not disappoint. We went on a Monday evening without reservations and the 4 of us were seated immediately. (The place is on the smaller side so doubt we could have...More

My friend and I decided to try Canyon's in Ft. Lauderdale. We hadn't been successful in the past. The wait had been too long and we were too hungry. Arrived after opening for dinner. We decided to order little plates. Scallops were outrageous. Mushroom and...More

What is the name of the barmaid the evening of 17th of January 2017? I was sitting next to a group of 3 people who were very nice. She had the rent a cop evict them for making a joke, the barmaid escalated the situation and threw the guests out, and the renta cop threatened the guest with being arrested. I always liked this place and will never come again, to see guests intimidated by a grumpy bar tender with a bad attitude and wanted to arrest guests and throw them out and not even ask for payment, im sorry, im in business to make money, if my employees upset guests and then throw them out without paying i need to re evaluate my front of house
