STARBUCKS, Florida City

This is the worst starbucks branch I have ever visited no joke. Every single time I come here they get my drink wrong and never fill my cup. I always ask for a latte filled to the top with no whip no foam nothing and...they always either fill it half way with no foam or whip or just halfway WITH FOAM. They are rude except for one girl wish I knew her name. I always make sure to place my order as easy as possible. This last time that I have gone the barista told me "Next time you should order it with no foam." I was shocked. He obviously wasn't paying attention and didn't care to because if he did he would know my order. I will never visit this location again. I never write reviews for anything and this compelled me to do so after the 1-3 incidents. Never again.More

Brandon & his amazing coffe/service

Brandon & his amazing coffe and service went above and beyond. I had a bad experience in an other Starbucks and he managed to make my experience a 5 stars one. Thanks starbucks you are the bomb

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks...or is it? This one excelled!

I would never think to rate a Starbucks....but the staff at the Florida City Starbucks was the friendliest I have ever had at a Starbucks. It's all the same food, same coffee, same drinks....but the staff at this one made the difference. I left with...a drink in my hand and a smile on my face.More

I love Starbucks. I can take my computer and get some work done while I am having my Frappuccino, its delicious. I also enjoy their iced green tea. It's a great place to go with friends and family. I enjoy going for breakfast, their egg...bites with bacon and cheese it's delicious.More

Quick, Clean and Friendly Staff

Very clean! Restrooms and seating area clean! Staff made our long list of treats and coffee quickly.

Standard Starbucks

But they didn't have newspapers to read or buy. Convenient location, with a parking lot. Mornings here seem to be for bicyclists.

It's Starbucks! What's not to love!?

A must-do for Florida City visitors. It's a little tricky to get out of, but when you need your Venti Latte, you need it!

Pumpkin Spiced Latte on Soy.....Yummy

Have really acquired a taste for the seasonal Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Yummo, go the extra large cup but with half the Spice and Half the coffee, absolutely yum.

Drive Thru Order Wrong! Check!

Got all the way to the Everglades NP to find a sweet drink and not the black dark roast that I paid for? Went back after my visit and was given a Luke warm dark roast drivel that was terrible. No great apology, not even...a we were sorry just bad coffee. This is the sign of folks that do not care! I bought some cookies which was the best thing I had there. Sadness as this seems the beginning of the end for a once great brand.More
