When traveling I will usually stop at Denny's for their decent food and service quality however my last visit early am October 16th changed my opinion. It was a little busy but nothing a good manager shouldn't be able to handle...however the rather heavy set...manager that night was totally out of control...disorganized and rude. He left my to go order on a table for 20 minutes before asking me to repeat my name, then lying and saying the food just came out...then making me walk to get the order. He seemed to be someone that was possibly good in the kitchen but totally over promoted to a managerial position with no supervisory ability or aptitude.More

Absolutely, and by far the worst, service ever! Our waitress, who never introduced herself, came to our table and asked "what can I get y'all" to drink? OH WOW, no welcoming hello? Good evening? Nothing! I ordered water and my husband ordered Coke. She said..."we don't have Coke. We have water, blue drink and an orange drink". What??!?! He asked about sweet tea and she said no. I was ready to leave at this point. What restaurant has no Coke or Pepsi products? He ordered water and she brought mine then told him that they do have sweet tea, so he ordered that. It was definitely, the soured, end of the day tea -- horrible. Then I looked around the corner and saw the Coke dispenser. I asked if they were just out of Coke products and she answered "yeah". Really?!?! Could she not have just said "I'm so sorry, but our Coke machines are out -- not working -- something?!?! This left-handed chick with the long braids had no personality what-so-ever! None! We ordered our meal and the burgers were not what we ordered. No seasoning at all. I asked for mayo and when she brought it she put it on our table and walked away. What kind of service is that!?! She never ONCE came back to see if we needed anything. NOT ONE TIME. Finally, when we saw her again, we asked for our bill and paid and left. Not only would we never, ever return here, I would encourage any management at this establishment to watch your staff and work on appropriate training and social skills of your employees. Just one can put a negative spin on your establishment. Horrible service, mediocre food. We won't be back. Definitely needs management intervention!!More

Nancy, the evening waitress went out of her way to give us excellent service. The food also was really good. And we also had excellent service when we went back in the morning. I had an excellent mango smoothie. And a breakfast skillet. My husband...had a veggie omelet and blueberry pancakes. All of it was a really nice experience.More

I do not know what happened. The place was busy with more than one server. But everyone was moving in slow motion. Wait, wait, wait. Both of our meals were sad, sad, sad. This chain has enormous breakfasts. This cafe did not.

Despite my doctors Rx saying I’m not to wear a face covering, Denny’s hostesses refused to allow me to walk the few steps from the front to a table. This was on Sunday, Jan 10, 2021 at about 9:30 am. Caution is fine - rudeness...& a lack of compassion plus disrespect is quite another. This is not a political statement, but rather a complaint about how we were treated at Denny’s in Florida City. All we wanted was breakfast after traveling for hours. But nope!More

Good food, but the staff was super busy and didn’t have any spare time to cater to us. Had to wait five minutes before I could ask for some napkins. Also had to wait quite some time before they gave us our receipt to check...out. I am guessing they were understaffed. All in all, it was okay and close to our hotel.More

Never go wrong dining here for Bfast! We almost always stop in on Sundays! Gotta have the Breakfast Slam special! 🤣GetSome!!
