No reservations we had to wait a short time to get seated. I was not sure of the food but it was more in the heavy nature not my preference for summer. Very noisy and tables crowded together.0

We found this place on trip advisor and was was even recommended by another local restaurant. We arrived an hour before closing with a party of 7 and they took us in and treated us great. We will definitely eat here again. Highly recommend.

We have been to this restaurant many times during trips to Amelia Island. The food and service are always top notch. The location just off quaint Centre street. We love Espana and so do my teenagers!

Small restaurant in historic downtown area. Tapas were excellent, especially loved the Mediterraneo with tomatoes, mozzarella, red peppers and balsalmic. Also had garlic shrimp and paella for 2, then finished it off with caramel flan. Dim, romantic lighting perfect for couples, prompt, knowledgeable service Would...More

We stumbled onto this restaurant by accident. We were wondering through the historic district trying to decide where to eat. As we were Googling options "near me" while standing under the Espana sign, we laughed as this popped up. Decided to give it a try....More

My husband and I shared a cold tapas and it was great. We both loved our fish entrees, snapper for him, grouper for me. The service was extraordinary! The water waiter, Robby, was incredible to watch. He alternated between serving water and busing tables. Highly...More

The traditional flavors of Spain and Portugal are highlighted in all our dishes here in the heart of historic Fernandina Beach. Sip on homemade Sangria or enjoy a glass of wine from a list of hand picked selections (International and Californian). Choose from a menu of hot and cold tapas, "just caught" fish or meat entrees including the national dish of Spain, Paella. You can choose to dine in our cozy main dining room, bright enclosed patio dining room or lush garden dining area which is open generally Thursday - Sunday and weather permitting :) Chef Roberto is a second generation restaurateur, with over 28 years experience. He endeavors to make your evening a memorable one by bringing both his own family recipes, and inspiration from trips to Spain and Portugal for you to savor and enjoy. Family owned and operated since 2004. The Original on Amelia Island!
