We had a grand time with delightful drinks and dinner. Boullaibasse and tapas and chicken dinner all out of this world. Perfect service couldn't say enough how much we loved it and want to come back again soon. Thanks

This was a return visit for us to our favorite Spanish restaurant. This time we enjoyed Tapas and Sangria for a delicious light dinner. The restaurant is extremely accommodating and one we look forward to visiting when on Amelia Island.

Food was excellent. Traditional Spanish tapas. I hear their sangria is awesome but we didn't have any. The only problem I had with it was the decor and lighting. It was dark and dated which didn't keep us from enjoying our meal. Prices are reasonable .... Need to make reservations as it is a popular spot.

Espana's paella was recommended before we visited. To be fair, I have had paella twice in my lifetime ... a version in Costa del Sol that was outstanding and a version in Baltimore's famous Tio Pepe's that was also excellent. I am not sure what outstanding paella is made with but stiff, dried, shrimp that must be de-shelled via fingers... More

From the moment we sat down, I knew we made the right choice for dinner. From the explanation of the entrees to wine selection we felt as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food was extremely tasty, would definitely go back again.

We held our son's rehearsal dinner with 40 guests at Espana. Roberto and Marina were both very patient with us, walking us through the whole process and very accommodating for our out-of-state destination wedding. The meal was excellent--especially the paella, and the service exceptional. Would highly recommend.

This was our 2nd dinner at Espana over the past few years. Both times we were very pleased with our food and the service. We had appetizers of escargot and a shrimp dish. We both had fish mine red snapper and my wife grouper both prepared in different sauces but both equally good. The atmosphere is pleasant and there is... More

Description
The traditional flavors of Spain and Portugal are highlighted in all our dishes here in the heart of historic Fernandina Beach. Sip on homemade Sangria or enjoy a glass of wine from a list of hand picked selections (International and Californian). Choose from a menu of hot and cold tapas, "just caught" fish or meat entrees including the national dish of Spain, Paella. You can choose to dine in our cozy main dining room, bright enclosed patio dining room or lush garden dining area which is open generally Thursday - Sunday and weather permitting :) Chef Roberto is a second generation restaurateur, with over 28 years experience. He endeavors to make your evening a memorable one by bringing both his own family recipes, and inspiration from trips to Spain and Portugal for you to savor and enjoy. Family owned and operated since 2004. The Original on Amelia Island!
