Went here for an early dinner recently. We should have turned around and walked back out. Only people in the place were one elderly couple sitting in the corner and several locals sitting at the bar, obviously drunk, and every fifth word was an f-bomb. One of them turned and apologized for his language and continued dropping the f-bombs. Bartender... More

I have been to Ireland. If I were Irish I'd be insulted to compare this to their pubs. First, the food is terrible. Second, the waitresses are NOT friendly, something Irish servers are in abundance. Third, yes, there is music but it is raucous and loud. The place is probably not more than 1000 sq. ft. and they had a... More

Really liked this one but... did not like that they allow e cigarettes inside. The vapors were about. The fries and gravy were good. The service friendly and fast. Very good Guinness pour.

We had a late night drink and listened to some great Irish music after dinner. Pub is directly across from the Meranova guest inn.

Irish music, great performers, and a very happy audience where no one's a stranger made this a terrific evening in what may be the cutest town every.

I grew up in an Irish family. Pubs are part of my cultural background. As a single woman, I can go to Flanagan's and feel like I'm home. I feel safe there. It's not a pick up bar. Everyone is there for a good time, great Irish music and food!

There were only 6 other people in the place besides us and the service was not as fast as I would imagine it could have been since hardly anyone was there. Got the pretzel bites with beer cheese, drunken chicken sandwich, and fish & chips. Pretzel bites were good but they ended up coming out at the same time as... More

This Irish Pub in Downtown Dunedin provides an amazing atmosphere with great food and entertainment during the day. On Weekends in the morning an amazing breakfast/brunch is available (picture included). Don't miss "The Classic Shine Burger" in the afternoon or evening it's the best burger in town, however the brunch at Flanagan's is a prize to behold. Great staff, great... More

We were there the first day they started serving breakfast. The potato cakes were great but OMG the corned beef hash was by far the best I have ever had! Try it and you will not be sorry!
