We had eaten at a few restaurants nearby with a much higher bill for less quantity/quality. We shared the 1.5 lb of crab with garlic mussels and shrimp. Good food and customer service. Stopped in for dinner on a hot summer day and was lucky enough to sit outside right by a fan. Nice vibe and great location. I ordered the Cleveland Oysters, which were delicious. Key Lime pie was also very good....It's worth checking out if you're looking for a good meal.More
We took the out of town family to Crabby’s Dockside (their favorite place) for crab. Once again Crabbys did not disappoint. Phrank was our server and was friendly and attentive. Quite engaging with both young and old folk. The crab was as good as ever...and the peel n eat shrimp were to die for. We tried a few new items for the land lubbers in the family. Cajun chicken Alfredo was a nice surprise. As were the short ribs. See you again this week. (Little known fact: go to any of their restaurants multiple times during the week and show your receipt to receive 10% off entire bill! )More

We were staying down in Saint Pete and wanted to get away a see Clearwater and try a new place to eat. This place hit it out of the park. To begin with, I like having a view of the ocean when I am on...vacation out to eat. The view that we had from the third floor was spectacular. Only thing I would ding it on was it was open air and birds were flying in but who cares. We tried out the second floor indoors and did not like it as much as the top floor. Food was delicious, I had the 3 boom boom shrimp tacos with Coconut rice, The tacos did not skimp on the shrimp for sure and the rice went perfectly with the tacos. I did order a peice of "Killer" Key lime pie which was a LITTLE underwhelming. Nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't the best I've had despite the claim of winning 4 national awards. All that being said, the service was top notch too. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.More
It was very hot. They need more air conditioning. View from 3rd floor was beautiful. Food and service was excellent. Fun area. Reasonable prices for the tourist area it is.

We arrived around 7:15, aside from the long line to get in, there was no real wait. They have outdoor seating and 3 floors of indoor seating. It seems a lot of people prefer the 3rd floor for the subsets. We were given a a...ticket and told to take the elevator to the 2nd floor where we were promptly seated. I forget his name, but our waiter was great and very prompt. I can’t say enough good things about the service itself. The food on the other hand, we weren’t huge fans. We’ve been to some of the other Crabby’s locations and loved them. We ordered a ton of food: Clam Chowder, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Oysters 3way as appetizers; for our main course we each had a Jumbo Lobster Tail Platter and added Crab Cakes (I had mac and cheese and coleslaw for my side, and my husband had mac and cheese and mashed potatoes). We had the Crab Traps for drinks. My husband said their chowder was great (I don’t eat chowder). The Stuffed Mushrooms were good, not great, they were lacking stuffing. The portion sizes on the Oyster 3ways were very skimpy, and we couldn’t tell a difference in any of the oysters, they all tasted the same. The Jumbo Lobster Tails are HUGE but omgggg the meat is so gristly and it didn’t have any flavor whatsoever. All the sides and were decent. Crab Cakes were ok. I’ll say this again, the staff is absolutely EXCELLENT! And maybe the kitchen was just having an off night, idk, but I don’t think I’d eat here again. Our bill was just over $275 before tip.More
