I like this bar because it is not a pretentious Boca bar. It is for locals and for FAU students. The service is great and friendly. The food is an upgrade of bar food and authentic Irish bar food. They do have an awesome job at St. Patty's day, their party is a must. Overall the Irishman is a great... More

I went in the other day and had a great time. Liz is awesome on the side bar. Drink specials every day and the food is great. You definitely have to give it a try.

Fun music, hats, and beads provided. Delightful irreverent band. Forgive them today. Delicious buffet. Tasty Irish coffee. Hurry and go soon. Know it is good other days. Relaxed setting.

Gary pours the BEST Guinness EV-ER! The atmosphere is fun; plenty of seating and a great place to visit with friends. They have delicious food; corned beef & cabbage, fish & chips, awesome burgers and one of the best shepherd's pie in town.

Never eaten here but as a college bar this place is awesome. Live music, great beers, cozy atmosphere... no wonder it's an FAU hotspot.

While visiting my son at FAU, I let him guide me to the nightlife. We went to the Irishmen to have a beer and throw some darts. Apparently this is the "after kickball tourney" hangout place, judging by the sweaty t-shirt wearing peeps. Everybody seemed to be having fun and the atmosphere was open, mingling and friendly. Had to ask... More

Nice, relaxed place with a fun crowd and good food and beer! They have a lot of beers on tap, plus a full bar. Their menu is typical Irish and reasonably priced. My favorite thing here is the Tuesday night special - $5 shepherd's pie and $3 Guinness, Smithwick's, or Harp. Can't beat that!!!

Went in on Super bowl Sunday to grab a quick car bomb, the unfriendly bar tender poured the Guinness so small that the shot would not mix. We asked her for a little more so we could properly drink it and she referred us to the Manager who said simply "no". She then told us that if we wanted the... More
