turn around time was over hour for apps to arrive and additional hour for meal food not served warm and chicken dry and too smoky flavored. apps had good options to chose from and calamari was very good most of the app options were small and could not share for pricing loud in main dining

RESTAURANT'S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 20 February 2017

Having eaten in the Nage Restaurant long ago in DC (which is VERY different) and here once before, we always wanted to go back. However located in a shopping center along busy Route 1 we never venture out during the summer busy season in Rehoboth Beach, Instead we check into our downtown hotel, park the car and limit dining choices... You will not accidentally stumble across the Fork and Flask. It is hidden in the back corner of a shopping center on RT. 1. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend that is local. I highly recommend that you check it out. The menu is varied and eclectic but not extravagant. Everything that came out of the kitchen... More

I am really not a Valentine celebration type--too much for flowers and meals prepared too fast with limited quality! However, for a last minute decision we just made it in to Nage's before the reservation crowd descended (before 5:30 pm)! We were treated to a free glass champagne and we ordered several appetizers instead of a meal. It was a... More

My husband and I came here with a Groupon expecting a decent meal. What we got instead was a GREAT meal. The service was great, friendly and nicely paced. We both had fish-I had cedar plank salmon and my husband had rockfish on polenta. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Among the best fish I've ever had in a restaurant.... More

We needed a reservation for 7 people on a Friday night and Fork and Flask was able to accommodate our family. Service was very good. Menu was very different and broken down by small, medium and large. I had the medium level polenta which was good. The mac & cheese and and fish dishes were also good. Thank-you Fork and... More

First time since the renovation. Really like new interior. Upscale/farm fresh setting. Imagine it can get crowded, so reservations may be a good idea. We sat at the bar. Bright, clean, modern setting. One large tv. Service was fantastic. Cheese plate was very good. The spicy ramen was excellent. So was the sangria. Ginger pork rolls were too salty for... More

We went last night with a group of 8 . We are vegan and were told by the restaurant they had some good vegan options. We ordered the Brussels sprout appetizer and they were not cooked properly. (Raw) we had this same dish on another visit and they were excellent! We also ordered the miso soup as our entree. It... More

The new name comes along with a newly renovated interior. Bright and warm in feel, shades of blue and white welcome you. Use of subway tiles in areas add to a clean line. A unique addition is an enclosed dessert station, much like a DJ booth of old, in the actual dining area. Fun to watch the dessert creations come... More

We were here for a fundraiser. The menu is organized into Small, Medium, and Large plates with unique ingredient combinations. I had the Kimchi Ramen, which was filling. My husband had the monkfish, but he felt the portion was small. I imagine this would be a good place to go during the spring/summer growing season, as I suspect that F&F... More
